      During web chen in avaialable seat was only middle one even before 23.5hrs before schedule departure of flight. I was with my wife so anable to web check in. There was less passengers then why this type of indication I found. This way web check in is dis couraged.

      The ground staff of Go Air misplaced my ticket and kept arguing saying the same was returned after giving the boarding pass. Finally after a big debate he arranged for the same from the Indigo counter on which I was booked on the return flight.Apparently he wrongly gave it to some other passenger who went away with my ticket.

      Dear sir/madam The passenger should be informed when booking the ticket online that which all items are allowed in baggage, hand baggage, laptop bags and other bags. The passengers must be informed when booking the ticket online that water will not be allowed to pass through the security checkup, only empty good quality water bottles are allowed. The change of gates should be informed properly ( The staff should make sure that each and every passenger is informed about the gate change as early as possible ). The availability of various types of foods and where to buy should be made easily visible to the passengers through boards or any other sort of indicators when sitting in front of the gates waiting for the aeroplane. Food should be wraped in paper rather plastic sheets inside the flight. The staff should smile truly rather than behaving like robos. Spicejet should select air hostess who are more mature in behaviour or atleast train them. While walking here and there, one air hostess dashed me 2, 3 times and didn't even bother to tell sorry. All air hostess should have a uniform hair style - this is just my personal suggestion. Thanks Chandru

      They plan a Continental meal and dont provide salt. The seats are uncomfortable. Premium Economy tickets purchased at a higher price is not really all that comfortable. Bottled water provided tasted stale and bad. On time performance was bad - delayed roll back from the gates and delayed touchdown. Tatas and Singapore Airlines - two universally trusted names came together to create a company who failed to give me a good first experience. Long live Indigo and Spice

      1. The Pilots were awaited while passengers were already onboard, however no announcements were made until after 15 minutes of scheduled departure. 2. I was standing at the Star Gold check-in to be called by the Agent, however she neither nodded or looked at me. Two folks behind me just walked over and she happily checked them in without any hesitation tha I was courteously waiting ahead in the queue.

      Why isn't the ticket number printed in the online picket issued? The multi airline self service kiosk at T2 Mumbai doesn't accept PNR, and it asks for a ticket number whereas the online ticket is a 10 digit one. I wasted 15 minutes trying to get the Boarding Pass.

      I'm not at all satisfied with the flight. We every time experience one or the other bad experience. For example in yesterday's flight, First thing : 3PM flight was delayed to 8PM (Delayed by 5 Hours) for which you should atleast consider the concern of passenger. I had to wait 5 hours to just travel 1 hr. Secondly, all the ACs / Lights everything were off for almost 25 minutes. It was so suffocating. And I do not know how this is going to be continued. I'm being a frequent flyer for almost 5 international flights, I booked this. I should now rethink further flights with Air India.

      At first the flight was delayed by 1:45 hrs. I had web-checked in and taken an emergency exit seat. The next morning when trying to get a print from the kiosk it did not reflect my booking. After standing in queue and haggling with the staff for a good 15 mins could i get a print of my boarding card and then i realize they have changed my seat to another seat at the back. I have usually had no complaints with Jet Airways or its staff but this experience is something I would not wish to be repeated ever.

      This ticket was for my brother-in-law. He was traveling on an emergency as his wife was going in for an early delivery. He missed the connection flight from bhopal to mumbai. So as soon as that got missed, i called the customer service and tried to reschedule this flight or cancel the ticket. But both were not possible. My money was gone. I had been asking all possible solutions that he may be able to help me, but he was helpless. To add to the frustration the Indigo service guy asked if there is anything he can do to help as i cancelling the call, after letting me know that there is nothing he can do from his end. Really frustrated.

      Yesterday I travelled from Mumbai to Chennai, I travelled in indigo flight,,6e279, my seat number is 14a, I bought potato stick which cost around 100rs.. the taste is very very worst, i feel the potato have some bad smell,same I informed cabin attending, she smell and told that it's like only,, the manufactur date of that potato was feb16,nearly 3months past, hope u know 3months old oil fried item should be in what taste, I even ate only 2pieces, balance I kept safely. Kindly pls refund my money, worst thing is even I complaint that product is bad, cabin attending told it's taste is normal,,,I really felt so sad on this issue

      Flight schedule departure was 18.30. Got delayed twice & finally it was suppose to depart by 20.10. we were taken by Bus by 19.40 & made to wait in the bus in the runway for 10mins. Reason two flts crossed. It was like typical Mumbai road traffic Finally we boarded the flt & was suppose to take of at 20.10. But after announcement to fasten our seat belt flt did not take of because we say the Pilot getting down & walking. It seems Pilot refused to fly & later he was replaced & took off by 21.10. Pl. note we were made to sit for nearly one hr in the flt. No complimentary snacks were offered. Hostess were interested in selling the food in hand.       AI is know to fly different flights from different terminals. iT would have been great if the ticket informs the traveller the location and the terminal from which the flights would be available. I reached the domestic airport only to be told by the AI staff that the flight Air India Express IX-204 is available at the international airport. I had to rush to the international airport from the domesticairport with family, baby and luggage after managing a different taxi.Net Net it would really help if the appropriate terminal from there the flight departs is made available on the ticket itself.

      Everytime of takeoff your flight takes and hour. It just stands their and we are late for our work which we were suppose to do on time.

      What do u mean by one hand baggage a person cannot carry a laptop also in another bag. Everything is fine please be generous on ground. Since I am a frequent traveller , I felt indigo needs to improve their onground service

      Ground performance needs lot of improvement. No proper & timely guidance by the staff handling boarding procedure.
