The overall experience was good, however, early intimation about delayed flights really needs to be worked on. The flight was delayed by over 2 hours which was brought to my attention only during the time of check-in at the airport. I would have used those 2 hours more productively if I had got to know that earlier and would not have wasted so much time at the airport waiting and doing nothing. Even the SMS regarding flight delay was received 7 minutes after the scheduled departure time of the flight. The airline really needs to improve this aspect.
