I booked tickets for 3 of my friends... and it took 24hrs for them to reach Mumbai from Lucknow... We booked a Lucknow-Delhi-Mumbai flight for the 8th Dec.. The flight from Lucknow was delayed, although they reached Delhi airport on 8 Dec at 12.30pm, but they couldnt board a flight until 5.50am on 9th Dec because the customer services just couldn't understand a simple thing as to where these 3 girls will stay an entire DAY and NIGHT of 8th Dec....... No decent alternative was provided to them.. Everytime those poor girls seeked assistance from Customer Services and tried explaining their situation to them, all they heard were apologies and were offered ABSOLUTELY NO services at all.. Highly and disgracefully disappointed.... Will never recommend Spicejet to all my family and friends.
"Would you recommend this to others" - Very unlikely
While option for extra leg space the charges were not mentioned,&exept the front row option there was nothing new.If no body pays u extra money will u keep those seats vacant .There was also confusion while waiting in the lounge about the time of actual departure .The staff has not been trained properly to handle passengers.
