      I had flight at 8:45 pm on 3/6. I reached your check in counter sharp 7:55pm. I know i could have reached earlier but got stuck in traffic because of road accident. as per rules check is allowed 45 min before dut to my surprise the counter was closed and they told its already 8 so we have to close it. There were other 5 people who also faced the same issue though they were little bit late by 5 mins. But i was on time and I did web check in. I was not allowed to board the flight and i had to take next morning flight forcing me to spend my entire night in airport. This is first time i saw that an airline was so eager to close the counter...perhaps the staff wanted to go home before 8 pm. They could have handled the situation little bit intelligently knowing that there are people with web check ins who must be on the way. In another airlines...I see the staffing calling out for particular airlines and fast forwarding those travellers.

      My only problem with Go Air is their food. They have worst selection of meals available. Its just chips and sandwiches. I enjoy having a meal in flights, but their options are not good at all.

      It was the first time I flew with goAir and vow never to fly again with the airlines, they have an extremely poor response time. It was extremely difficult to contact the airline, infact I would say it is impossible to get your queries resolved with the airlines.Plus there was unexpected delay in the flight departure.

      I am upset by the services of Go-Air. My baggage was left at Bengaluru Airport. When I contacted ground staff, they were not helpful. When I told them I had valuables in my bag, I was replied that I should not have gone for checked-in-baggage. The ground staff of Go-Air is not good. Though I got my baggage next day, there was no apology from Go-Air. I will never travel with Go-Air any more and also I would not recommend any one to travel with Go-Air. It is a poor airline.

      only i believe the catering service should be improved. as i wanted to have something but the attendant is least bothered as she may be expecting people were sleeping and don't want anything and waiting for someone to ask her. besides that i ordered "semiya khichdi " and the lady gave it to me without telling that the lid should be closed for 8 min for proper cook and i was wondering why it was half baked. then i realized and saw the steps written in the contained that it should be closed for 8 min. i was not in the middle of eating soon the attendants came to collect waste they should wait at least 20 min after they serve looked like they were in hurry too being the night flight. i am not annoyed and being a good traveler and want this thing to be improved which will make your overall flight experience better. overall i am happy being on time in delhi and the experience was less turbulent as compared to other flights in air.

      It was good that we reach before time. But i was so annoyed with the cabin crew .... as I got last seat 33f which is adjacent to cabin crew working place ....and they were talking a lot and so loudly it was irritating. (Specially male crew) this was firat time i took spice jet....and overall experience was not so good ...except arrival was before time.....thanks for taking the feedback.

      It was a horrible time spent in Bangalore that day. Upon arrival we got to know the flight is delayed by 1.30 hr, with no prior intimation. We have reported almost 2 hr early at airport hence spending 3-4 hr was definitely not comfortable. We have requested airlines to authorize us for lounge usage so that we may pass on our time with India - Aus cricket match; but that also gone dumb ear to the airlines authorities. Spice Airlines definitely will be my last choice for travel in India.

      Spicejet cancelled my flight just a week before the day of travel and just send me a message saying get in contact for options. After trying the numbers for 2 days with no success as the numbers were always out of coverage area, I called their customer care number and the options of the flight were very limited and I had to prepone my flight by almost 7 hrs. Its better to avoid spicejet flights because there is no reliability and their communication is just plain and simply the worse.

      SpiceJet seriously needs to hire a grooming trainer to train their crew on how to wear the uniform correctly and the deportment. The overall image of crew was shocking in every respect. No consistency in their hairstyles, make-up, personal hygiene, particularly for the senior most, she smelled really bad, probably did not know the perfume she was using was actually making her smell bad. None of them looked even remotely professional. They should really look into improving the attitude of their crew as well. They can't even speak the basic words professionally. Food choice is very limited and not the same mentioned in on board menu. Wonder if Mr CEO actually ever bothered to fly with his own airline to observe how they are doing in terms of maintaining standard.

      First of all, the flight departure was delayed by 45 minutes. There was an AC problem. Cabin Crew team needs to be experienced more, as the response when requested was not up to the mark. How to satisfy a customer needs to be taught. The crew team has to be even more trained. Would suggest to follow the guide lines of emirates airlines, as the cabin crew team is excellent. Its not the charges which needs to be considered, either domestic airways or international airways. The customer satisfaction should be excellent which needs to be given where in customers travelling in spice jet should feel the experience. While landing also, I observed the air craft while approaching the runway, was bit scary, as one of the customer really shouted by the way, at the time of landing. You guys are really doing a good job, do not reduce ur quality as per the money charged to customers. If you guys want to feel the service, please travel in emirates and feel the difference. Though they are international airliners, the service remains the same in all the flights which I have observed. You guys should feel the difference among others. Wish you good luck.

No queues for boarding, people standing in queues ignored in favor of queue breakers, VIPs getting attention ahead of passengers, crew ignorant about DGCA guidelines or ignoring them deliberately... So much so, despite being amongst the first in the queue for boarding, I was amongst the last to board and had to travel with my bag under my legs since the crew wanted to place the bags of some VIPs in place of my bag in the overhead bin. WILL NEVER TRAVEL ON SPICEJET AGAIN

      flyt was at 5.10 .. bt the booking was not confirmed untill 4.15 .. called customer care.. it took exactly 20 mins to get ur representative on the call.. very ugly experience.

      Keep the passenger well informed about any changes in the flight. Also if a flight gets delayed then the passengers should at least be provided with food.
