I travelled by Spicejet Flight SG-103 from Dehradun to Chennai via Delhi on 02-Sep-2017. While booking the ticket, I shared my mobile number and e-mail id. On the day of travel, at 07:00hrs, while trying to do web check-in, I came to know that the flight scheduled to depart at 13:00hrs was delayed by 25mins. However, I had not received any SMS or e-mail regarding this. On contacting the Spicejet Helpline no. 9871803333, I was told that the delay would not impact the flight from Delhi to Chennai as it was the same flight SG-103 to from Delhi to Chennai. On arriving at Dehradun Airport for depositing the baggage, I was told that the portion of the flight SG-103 from Delhi to Chennai was delayed and would depart at 18:10hrs. I had not received any SMS or e-mail regarding this too which led to me a verbal arguement with the person at the check-in counter. On arriving at the Delhi Airport, the flight crew announced that the passengers travelling to Chennai to remain seated in the plane for security check by Spicejet Staff. The Security Staff of Spicejet came with list of passengers (about 10 of us) travelling from Dehradun to Chennai via Delhi and conducted the security check. After I informed them about the delay of the flight, they checked with some other persons, the cabin crew announced to deboard the aircraft. All this while, even the Spicejet staff were not aware of the delay. While waiting at the airport, there was an announcement for further delay in departure ofthe flight SG-103 to 19:55hrs. Finally, I contacted the Spicejet staff and demanded to be sent by another flight to Chennai. Only then did they organise to send my wife and me (and some other passengers) by Indigo Flight 6E-613 at 17:30hrs to Chennai. Except for the last portion of arranging another flight, the entire experience was very, very unpleasant with even Spicejet Staff not aware of the changes in flight schedule. It is well known that the flight schedules are planned well in advance with alternate standby arrangements for unexpected weather and technical problems. But this time it was not so.

I wanted to complain about my baggage to Jetlite. I was carrying one luggage and they broke the carrying strap of it. Now that bag weighed 17 kilos and I had to immediately catch a train later on. You cant imagine with how much difficulty I carried it all the way to the station. I would like you to help me out to connect with Jetlite and complain about this to them.
