Getting out of the Chennai airport

  • 1. By Train: The Chennai Central Railway Station is about 25 kilometre from the airport. However, Tirusulam is the nearest suburban railway station, about 2 kilometres away. You can ride the Chennai Beach Local Line to get to the Park Railway Station in the city centre. From there, take another line to the Chennai Central Railway Station.
