we boarded the flight and were there in it for about half hour without proper cooling effect, all the passengers requested the crew to switch on the coolers but they just replied but did nothing,, the same at mumbai airport, where we were in transit and many elderly people faced a bad time in flight, pl try to correct this.

At the time of booking it was shown that the flight time will be like this 20.00 from delhi to mumbai and 00.05 from mumbai to coimbatore and will reach here at 02.00. But after i booked the ticket it was told that the timings from mumbai will be 12.05 and will reach coimbatore at 14.05. This is totally fraudulent. Where will the family stay in mumbai. Can you just think and again i booked the hotel in mumbai for which i spent 6,147 Rs. Is this way to give services. I'm annoyed of the service of air india. The flight was 2 hours 15 minutes late to reach coimbatore. Further on show only joining flights with an hour difference not a 12 hour difference flights. Really annoying experience.

Jet airways sucks..... Firstly they delayed starting from delhi by 45 min and so I had to miss the connecting flight from bangalore. They wouldn refund me for their mistake.It took 40 min to collect my baggage from the belt

It was a very pleasant experience, except for the fact that they kept on changing the itenary everytime, and direct flights changed to hopping ones, and we had a lot of waiting time at the airports.

The food served on Indigo flights are really awful. Both Veg and Non Veg Biryani are too dry to eat, and devoid of taste, while loaded with spices.

Ground staff should be more cooperative and equipped with pay facility, multiple check-in counter to avoid long queues. I see indigo older passengers missing their flight due to poor staff performance and handling. It is too much trouble and pain somebody missing their flight. IndiGo must improve their staff and should be cooperative to passenger who are giving them business rather trying to trouble them. IndiGo's in-flight food is worst than even the street vendors, and charges are super high deserve rating below 0, they should look at Jet etc and provide food at-least edible, people should not buy and through it in dustbin, it is like throwing money in dustbin directly. Indigo Ground staff is very rude. They are troubling the travelers a lot and does not have proper handling for excess baggage people keep running between the counters. With 2 little Kids we had to run 4 counters and they don't care. We are ready to pay extra baggage charge humbly but they are still rude though they are charging whatever they want. Gov should allow other operators during this time.

For check-in, after reaching the counter at 5.45 A.M, your female operator took 15 minutes time for check-in, boarding pass given at 6.00 A.M and there was a very big queue because of this, we are about to miss the flight. We requested many people and finally we entered the flight only at 6.44 A.M. Security check took very long time due to very less people were in duty & in ladies side only one female security. Totally very bad experience, this should not happen to anybody. Please dismiss or suspend the female check-in operator who handled & delayed us. Ask the Air line authorities to increase the number of security check staffs & counters to avoid delay.

The flight was late. I can understand that given the current weather conditions in north india. I dont understand the take-passengers-for-granted attitude of the ground staff. Scheduled time was 14.05, the boarding pass said 14.20. however no one mentioned that to me. The departure board showed different timings at various time. After going down to the dpeparture gate, hanging around there is a large mass of humanity with no announce ments, I climb back up to fnd a seat.Next oen hears a "last and final call" and names being paged. I think Indigo is fast going towards the old ways of Indian Airlines, and approaching of monopolistic ways of the Indian Railway. I hope they realise that travellers are reasonable people but dont want to be treated like cattle. In flight announcements and treatment was at the usual good level.

From Delhi to Mumbai flight was o>KL Mumbai to Coimbatore flight was delayed by 2hrs firast and then by another 2 hrs as per announcement.I was forced to travel by another flight.I understand that the problem was technical and the staff of the airline explained the same in a convincing manner.Within their limit they helped me.

During boarding pass staff is not helping. They misguided and at 6:10am said that gates are closed and fight take off takes place. They are demanding extra amount. The lady with infant have very bad experience.
