Worst..spice jet is worst.. they have cancelled the flight.. they are giving reason as bad weather..but we know the reality is the offer discounted fares which they offered while booking..now if they operate on these fares it is loss for them..hence cancelling flights giving reason of bad wether..

During the entire travel in air the Air conditioners of the air craft were not working. To travel mid air in this extreme heat is something really painful. Hope they must at least get theri Air conditioner functioning as a bare minimum requirement.

Make some arrangement for some affordable bus service or some kind of cab service on sharing basis at Jabalpur airport. I had paid Rs 1000 to the taxi wala to commute from Jabalpur airport to Jabalpur city which was a ride of hardly 20 odd kilometers. This makes the taxi service offered by Bhagwati Travels Jabalpur (which is enjoying a 100% monopoly for providing taxi service at Jabalpur airport), one of the costliest taxi service in the country. Due to the inconvenience which I have been through, I have decided that I'll never travel to Jabalpur by air in future.

SINCE AIR INDIA IS GOVERNMENT FUNDED AIRLINES THEREFORE IT HAS NO PRESSURE TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES. MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED FOR THE ONWARD JOURNEY AND FOR NEXT DATE THEY ARE UNECESSARILY CHAGRING PENALTY OF 8700 INR. AIR INDIA IS WORST.
