      I am sure there are auto ricksha services & transport bus services and cattle cart services that are more organized than your disgusting airline. I do apologise if my anger has taken the better of my good graces for what you have put me thru today. In 20 years I have never flown with such an absurd excuse for an airline like yours. And I will unfailing tell everyone I know and every website that I write on about it. UNFAILINGLY! 1: We flew in from Delhi today 2:40 instead of 2:10 pm as your flight was delayed. I am fine with that, it happens! 2: we arrive at Mumbai. Everyone except those flying onto Cochin are asked to disembark. It was a nice flight, great staff etc. 3: I flew business class and suddenly I could see the crew disembarking which was strange as we need a crew to fly ahead, if I'm not mistaken. And I was a little panicked wondering why? After everyone leaves, some guys runs up and asks us to disembark quickly as the flight was not going ahead to Cok due to a "technical issue " . WHAT !!! ??? You flew us from Delhi to Mumbai on an airline with a tech issue??? Because surely you could not have developed one in the 20 minutes we were parked! And I'm pretty sure everyone on board except the "stupid" passengers knew it because NO FLIGHT WILL FLY IF YOU ARE ONLY 8 passengers flying there! 4: We are carted off and told by go air that in 15 minutes we would bosrd another aircraft to kochi. Surely your staff can afford to tell better untruths! 5: I informed that I paid for business class and therefore would like the same and I had paid almost 3600 inr for excess baggage. I was told OK OK to everything! 6: I realize now that your airline has spent nothing on training staff. They are just YES people you found from ticketing agencies . They nor your APPARENT MANAGEMENT team are neither empowered nor are they intelligent enough to access resources to solve any customer issues. 7: Repeated requests for information were met with YE

      I choose this flight to reach my hometown Kerala after recieving sad news of my mothers death. Flight of 5 hrs took 7 hrs. Due to 1hr delay from Delhi, the connecting flight from Cennai took off and I had to wait another 1hr at Chennai airprt for the next flight.I will never suggest this airlines to anybody. In such circumstances when every second counts, this is not the airline to rely upon.

      No hot meal was available on the flight other than instant noodles... Only roasted cashewnuts/ peanuts available... I understand I didnt prebook the meal (I was given an option at the time of booking) but to keep operational cost low the airline didnt even stock sum extra meal. Surprised...       Very Bad experience with cabin crew on journey with infant (incharge : Ms Sweety Das) Spicejet -Flight SG181 - Delhi to Kochi - 12th June Beware if travelling with children/infants. spice jet policies/crew are very unfriendly for passengers with children/infants. We were travelling with an infant and were given a non reclining seat at check in without being informed that the seats allotted were non reclining. which meant that while seated when the seat in front reclined the infant(1.5 years) was suffocatingly in need of space under the seat in front. As the flight were full in the first half of the journey we sat through uncomplaining as we realised that the cabin crew did not have much of a choice. The flight was a hopping one and after it halted at Pune quite a few seats in the flight remained empty for the part of the flight to Kochi. When I requested the flight attendant for a seat that reclined. she consulted with the cabin crew incharge Ms sweety Das who refused as all the non reclining seats available were 'paid' offered only to people who had paid a small extra while booking probably due a little extra leg room. After repeated requests the cabin crew incharge refused (through her crew member) to give us a reclining seat. This was after we sat through half the journey on non reclining seats, must point out here that we had paid for reclining seats but got non reclining ones in which we sat through half the journey. So we sat through the journey in cramped non reclining seats with an infant while more than 5 reclining seats remained unoccupied for 2 hours as they were only for people who had paid that little extra during booking. Essentially Spice jet will and can offer you less than you paid for but will not at any cost compensate for it or God forbid give you a little extra comfort even if it is possible. Add to this trashed toilet from the beginning of the trip the only one with a changing table and blocked washbasins in the others Never ag

      There is an evident lack of professionalism in cabin crew to delight customers. For example, 1) not bringing sugar, milk powder, etc., (but just the brewed/boiled water) when serving tea/coffee after meal - it appears that crew members are lethargic and mindless in delivery of an obvious service. 2) Cabin crew do not proactively take note of what is happening on flight and if any passenger may need their assistance, and thus they are not available at the right moments ( it could be as small as putting the cabin bag at the right place, etc.). This gives the feeling that cabin crew assistance is not readily available - in fact some would say that they are not available in the moments when it matters 3) The number of crew members appeared excessive when linked to the quality of service - may be if the crew members can make themselves more efficient and service delivery oriented then a better quality of service can be delivered with a smaller team. Presently, it appeard as if it was a heard of lazy people 4) WiFi: I did not know that there was wifi - it would have been great to have some communication pertaining to that

      Being a first time traveler it was a very good experience. The Flight was on almost on time. The only thing I felt not good was, during my return from Kochi to Delhi Via Mumbai, at Mumbai Airport, when I was waiting for boarding at Gate No. A2, I got the SMS from Jetairways that Boarding Gate has changed to A1 now. I had Notice that SMS just 15 mins. before closing the boarding. Thanks to God. The Announcement or Intimation for such sudden changes should be communicated verbally at The Previous Door or Through the Messeging Screen at the Doors. If I didn't notice the SMS I could miss my flight. Plz Share With JET Airways.

      The announcements done by the crew should be audible and slow to enable the travelers understandable. It should not be recited as a ritual. Pl be noted that the travellers are mostly Indians and not foreign nationals. The announcements are not meant for projecting the knowledge of the announcer. The very purpose of the same is communication. By making the communication understandable by the travellers will be most beneficial to the aircraft company and the travellers.

      Though we got a good fare, the fares are way above the reach of the so called 'middle class' in our country, The root cause is the avarice of the airline company, government authorities who pretend to help the people but actually fleece them joining hands with the airlines. When you compare with same distance flights in the USA Indian fares are actually more in Rupee terms. How can an airline charge more than what they charge in the USA where the cost of running is at least 5 times? And here the flights are going full while they are always half empty except in the peak hours. So, as they say Indians are great suckers.

      1. The Indigo employee I approached for help didn't look very happy about it. She behaved as if she was doing me some favor. 2. After reaching Kochi, I had to wait for a long time to claim my baggage. It seems they don't have adequate number of conveyor belts. It was kind of irritating.

      Dear Sir/Madam, The mail you sent me is for Delhi-Cochin Flight dated 11th May 2014, Scheduled to Depart at 01:50PM, which you coolly rescheduled to 12:20PM, resulting in which Me and my family had to face a harrowing experience. We reached the airport at 12:00Noon, and your staff bluntly refused to entertain us, more over when I requested them to put me on the next flight, they made me pay 40000 Rupees Extra for the flight which was almost 60% Empty. I guess you should stop worrying about customers, as you have an upper hand as on date so you can dictate your terms and command ur rate even if its your fault. But as an organization it is demeaning to see Indigo Airlines stoop to such levels to milk customers.
