      It was a wonderful experience to fly with Go Air. But invariably, I have noticed and it is true for every airline, Go Air is not being singled out, that the cabin announcement in English is delivered in such a hurry as if you will not find time again to say so. It does not taste good to say in such a speed. The delivery of words should be smooth and pleasant that one should look forward to hear it. I can't say if the cabin crew have been instructed across all airlines to stick to the scripted text and has to be delivered in given seconds per sentences but what I would like to emphasise is that passengers love to hear cohesive sentences and would develop a bondage with them and journey will be pleasant and memorable.

      Male host rude in his place an hostess apologised (I had not uttered a single word but they felt the guilt )no wc nor goodbyes too routine? Cablnstaff too indifferent uncaring some mild unpleasant smell in the cabin used tissue in the seat pocket!!! I guess too bored with hardly any work except selling some stuff food/some goods have had better experience with goair before

      The quality of meals which is paid is very poor. in a flight leaving Delhi at 2.10 PM, the airhostess stated that we are left with no vegetarian food items ( My seat was 11-C). How is it possible that not even a single veg. item listed in Menu was available ? This shows that no food was loaded from Delhi and whatever was being provided was not fresh . I was provided with a packet of oats cookies which on opening was found crushed into oats flour and not cookies. What Go Air wish to tell.? Should the passengers come with packed food from their home ? If a lunch hour flight cannot even provide a vegetarian sandwich than why so many items are listed. Is it not a cruel joke. Goodbye. You lost a frequent flyer for ever. No suggestion to improve as your Airhostesses/flight pursers are useless and do not even have the normal courtesy. Giving any suggestion would be a futile exercise.

Just updating you once again that I couldn't fly through this flight and so as well from Delhi to Mumbai as the flight was cancelled by the airline itself because of bad weather and I kept on waiting there at the airport (Chandigarh) after your instructins.       i can not believe that there was not siffice fuel in the plane to roam for next 30 mins over mumbai airport... Where is the security of the ppl...i can not believe how they let the fly to take off from Delhi if the plane has not suffice fuel.. we were diverted to vadodara because of that..and then we finally landed on mumba..it was my worst experience ever.... total delay of 3 hrs...really worst ...so total waste of 100 ppl(approx)*3hrs each =300 hrs...of manpower was wasted..

      I had asked for ear buds/cotton plugs to the attendant. She told me she'll check whether they have them or not & revert back. She didn't revert back so I assumed they don't have it. But, later I thought to ask another attendant & she was very quick to provide me the same. Please ensure that flights are informed to keep cotton plugs.       They didnt allow us to share our luggage with our friend as our luggage weight was too high. Just to earn money they dont even bother about other's problem. We had never faced such kind of issue with any other airlines. Their staffs were so rude with us. This is a bull shit airlines. Piss on this. Ideally we were allowed to carry 44 kgs with us but according to them 30 Kgs were allowed only.       I have one suggestion ,which may bring in more prosperity to air line. The baggage states that 15 kgs checked in and 7 kga as hand baggage,in all 22 kgs. Now if some has 2 items for check in and nothing as hand baggage,then please allow 22kgs.This facility at least may be extended to senior citizen,since some time one has to carry the hand bag a long distance.It so happened with me while checking in was forced to open my checked in bag and take out 7 kgs by hand.       This was one of the rare times when the Go Air flight took off on time otherwise it is always delayed. However the seats were smaller than ever. I am a petite person and usually do not like a lot of leg space. But even I was amazed at how cost cutting is being done. I had to struggle to fit into the the seat and keep my laptop bag somewhere and then not move the entire 2 hours due to lack of space. Increase the size of the seat and leg space, it is pathetic!

      I am the son of Mrs Rameswari Devi who was travelling alone from Delhi to Mumbai. My mother who is aged 85+,had no problem at Delhi but at Mumbai she faced some problem which was resolved by one lady co passenger.My suggestion is that a passenger who is old and on wheel chair from the departure airport should also be assisted at destination airport by the airline staff. It will give a great relief to the kins who could not accompany her due to some compulsion. It will be a great service to the old passengers by the airlines which has a very good reputation in the market

      This flight was scheduled to depart at 17.45 hr whereas the same left at 19.30 hr. On arrival I found my checked in baggage fully cut my knife and some of my valuables were missing. I roamed around for 30 minutes to find out some duty officer their at Mumbain Airport but no duty officer was found where I could loge my complaint in the mid night. Only couple of executives were there who said since duty manager is not available they cannot lodge my complaint. With the result I had to accept my damaged baggage and leave the airport without any assistance.       The check-in experience was an absolute nightmare. The lady at the counter gave my wife and me 2 separate centre seats. When I requested her to check if there are 2 seats together, she advised me to exchange with someone on board. I requested a window/ aisle seat for the 2 of us, as it is difficult to exchange centre seats. She told me "Sir please don't get emotional- Someone always changes". This was totally unprofessional. I walked away from the conversation, but would like to pass on feedback to the airlines, so they may train their staff to be a little more professional when dealing with their customers.

      Very bad . They kept on postponing the departure in spite of delaying the flight for almost 4 hrs from the schedule stating operational delay as the cause. I requested for the dinner on board which was served at 3.00 AM. What they should have done was to serve the dinner at the airport in time even though flight was delayed due to operational reason. Serving a KFC Bergar and pepsi was not expect-able during dinner time.

      I had travel On 22 May 2015 Vide PNR No. M5SMFP with my child ..I ask crew for blanket crew simply say we don't have ... Return flight on 31st May 2015 I ask crew for Ear plug..Crew simply say we don't have.... Both time reason given. Flight are domestic & short travel.. But any incident happen at any movement.. Blanket , ear plug are necessary things on-board... Think about it..and Improve the service...at least for emergency you have to keep blanket & earplug. Machindra Hule

      i will never recommend spicejet to others because i booked flight of 5 :50 am so that i could reach to mumbai at 8: 00 am and easy to attend the office, but they postponed the time by 7:20 and even after that the flight took off at 8 :10 am from delhi it was very bad experience in flying with spicejet.

      The worst flight I ever had. The flight time was 9.10 pm n it took off at 2.00 am so it was 4.30 hrs delayed. No ground staff was knowing anything.. N the cooperation was ridiculous I started hating spice jet.

      I am never going to book a spice jet flight again! I reached the airport on time only to find out that it was 30 minutes late. Then, just 10 minutes before the departure time we were told that the staff had no clue about when will the flight take off, and it might be another 2 hours late. After another 1.5 hours we were again told that the flight was further delayed by 1hour. I was supposed to reach Mumbai at 11:25pm, but I finally landed at 3:15am!!

      I request that if web- check- in is done from home, Air Line should confirm it through SMS or Mail. At the Air Port , conformation through SMS is not valid, it has to be through Mail only.I request that message through SMS also be considered valid as we produce enough proof of Identification ie PAN card, Passport etc. At least Senior Citizens of the country be spared from this.

      My flight was rescheduled for a later time. We were two ladies travelling reached Mumbai after midnight as the flight was delayed. Paid extra night charges for a cab, had to deal with the insecurity of travelling home after midnight I think passengers should be asked whether they would like to take a late night flight or travel earlier or the next morning. When we book a flight we take care of the time we reach our destination. I had an appointment early morning today and had a tough time meeting it as I reached home at 1 am.

      making money is the sole criterion of Spicejet. I was well in time with web -check in. No announcement of names to be fast and all the employees were novice. I lost my flight due to lack of poor fellows of Spicejet, who did not care of passengers to take them to flight. Horrible staffs, Horrible modus operandi of Spicejet...       Spice jet flight 109 was horrible,first of all it was more than one hour late,and they have not prior informed to traveller. It was at the time of departure. apart from that, we sat around half an hour in flight and it was not departing with lot of hot in cabin. Everyone was sweating. landing was too bad relative to my earlier flight experience. I felt little afraid at the time of landing.

FOR THE ANOTHER FLIGHT OF THE SAME AIRLINES THAT WAS SCHEDULED AT 5.35 PM.(SG-119) SUCH A SHAME FOR SPICEJET .THEY EVEN DIDNT BOTHER THAT A LADY WHO IS A HEART PATIENT AGED 65 YRS, SHOULD HAVE BE DEALT EMPATHETICALLY WITH A HUMANE ATTITUDE.       Mid day flights should have enough meals for purchase for passengers who did not do pre-flight meal booking. We were told meal packets have finished and they were trying to sell samosas to us instead. They have to consider that not everyone can have a perfect plan for a particular flight. There are times people book in anticipation and are not sure if their flight would not change. There are times people get time to think of meals only when they sit down on their seats. It is not good news for them that meals are available only for passengers who did pre booking.

      We had booked 2 tickets online having our desired window seats and we got the printout having 2 window seats, however at the time of boarding pass we were given different seats out of which one was nt the window seat. On asking the crew they said , the flight is running full so they cannot do anything about it. If the management has to allot the seats on their will, then why do they give an option of selcting your seat ? ?
