Website for online booking should be more customer friendly. As at the time of booking, flight was showing paid meals but after the ticket was confirmed. It was showing meals as NA. There were no options to select any meal so it kind of misleads the customer.

Cabin Baggage taken for check in at boarding point due to fully filled flight. I gave them, while others refused. Baggage claim delayed by atleast 20 min. Hence even with cabin baggage only, my exit from airport got delayed.
