The checkin staff was not helpful and i think was not knowledgeable enough about the rules of airlines. I was really putoff by the handling right at the start of my trip as the first inertaction was at the checking counter.The baggage handling was person was not helpful at all and not ready to understand and listen.

Flight delayed by more than 2 hours, So ontime is a dream .. And the quality of food they served on the flight was pathetic to the core. This was not expected atleast after making passengers wait for more than 2 hours !! Not Happening !!

Look at the behavior of flight attendants and their lack of concern for the people. It seemed they were in another world busy with their own things. They didint run the AC till plane was airbrone!! It was shocking. I am platinum customer for Jet but never had seen such thing at all.

Check in experience was disappointing ... No Que system .... It also happened that the person in charge of the Que directed me to one of the counters and to my surprise the counter person said he was busy with something else .. and told me to Go to some other counter ... Again I had to go to the tell the Que incharge .. and she directed me to another counter. All this when I had 1 child and an infant travelling with me .... Extremely poor check in experience.

indigo is doing extremely well. Improvement is suggested on two counts. Firstly i did face problem and actually i failed to check in on line. Secondly there is a need to attend the space problem in Delhi airport. It is too crowded for security as well near the gate . I am speaking based on the situation seen during morning, may b it is less crowded as the day progresses.
