Your personnel need to have a more customer friendly approach. Merely trying to hurl the rule book, at the customer, at the drop of a hat and trying to slink out of tight situations, by adopting a stick in the mud approach, will always ensure that, you carry the LCA tag with you, rather than the tag of a preferred airline.

Overall the performance was very good but there is a gap in the announcement of flight at the enrty gate while boarding . The announce was not audiable so the checking staff should announce the change in the entry gate too.
