Special Instructions confirmed earlier like O2 Reqmt on board need to communicated timely in advance to the airline staff wherein the guest has already received the same resulting in lot of inconveience during check-in.

We have booked 5 tickets and we were delayed for some emergency and we contacted to your 09871803333 and requested that we will try to reach as early as possible i.e.before 45 minutes.Please ask your staff to inform accordingly. But first of all the person's English was not proper he was unable to clarify,instead of he started all the procedure to follow which we know..We were on the highway from Udupi to Mangalore airport when contacted.Some how we reached airport in nick of the time and we checked in time. And flight was took off after 0220 pm or so. We do not know whether our delay informed to the check in counter.Anyway it was pleasant journey!

Very Bad The flight was delayed by 2 hour 30 minutes and reson the airline was saying heavy rains in delhi where as the rain in delhi happened in morning.

I printed my boarding pass from my home, for which Spice jet charged me Rs. 300/. I I always do web check in, whenever I travel. I have been a jet privilege Member; They do not charge me for web Check in. In fact, they insist for Web Check in And credit me with JP miles; when I went to the spice jet counter at mangalore Air Port, to hand over my Check in Baggage the gentle man took my printed boarding Pass and handed over me Airlines 'regular boarding Card. This charge of Rs. 300/ is totally unacceptable to me And I will think twice when I book for my next Flight. I have a second home in Kerala and a very frequent traveller between Mumbai & Mangalore apart from my other destinations and abroad once in a year A disgusted Spicejet passanger Kunhi Raman Vattiyan Veetil

I had bought flight ticket for Rs 9500 even after that I was compelled to pay Rs 500 for 2 kg extra weight. Even after buying ticket at Rs 9500 I was not even offered a complimentary meal . Very bad hospitality by airline.

The flight timings were changed twice during the booking period, thereby preponing the journey by more than 4 hours. The air line should stick to the original timings or afor booking in any flight with timings near to original timing..

Air India service is excellent. I realised that I left my mobile on the plane and after making a few calls with the Airlines I was put onto the baggage claim department . Mr Krishnan was very helpful in the procedure and I got my phone back. Thank you to the airlines. We enjoyed the meals and service too.

The meal offered was below average. The flight crew were extremely helpful and supportive on all counts as one of the passengers was an infant. Fantastic customer service.

I had traveled with my wife and my infant baby. I was expecting the cabin crew to give instructions on how to handle the baby when the baby becomes restless due to changing cabin pressure. But no such instructions were given. Fortunately, i had overheard same being given to a fellow passenger in a flight (different airline) a few months back; hence i knew it. Poor service on Air India's part, that even after charging extra for infant they are not even giving instructions... I'm not expecting anything else for my 4 month old infant. The flight i traveled in was an Airbus A321 and there was noticeable variations in cabin pressure so much so that me and my wife were having ear pain.

Was shocked to see that a group of kids were playing with a tennis ball in the security hold at Mangalore airport. It was sad to see that the parents were least bothered about the kids' behavior, but I was shocked that the security agencies were quiet too !!

Check in staff were non cooperative. As my luggage was in excess of 3kg they charged me excess fine. My hand was operated hence I was not in a position to take hand luggage which is allowed till 7kg and I requested them to consider both. I traveled on Jet from Mumbai to Mangalore with the same issue but the check in staff in Mumbai were very cooperative n considered my request. Will seriously think traveling by Jet.

The transfer of passengers from Manglore to Banglore Flight to the Banglore to Mumbai flight was pathetic. I had to run inside the terminal and re-go the security check as the internal transfer section was closed by CISF by 9pm itself. There was no one from Jet Airways to assist the transfer of passengers and the CISF people at Banglore airport didn't give a damn about the time of the connecting flight. Good thing I got the Boarding pass for Banglore to Bombay flight at Manglore itself. Once I was in the flight, the air-hostesses inside offered no assistance in finding a place for hand-baggage which I was carrying and were insisting me to get over with it fast as the flight was getting delayed. All I could do after the exhaustion of running was just glare at them. I would not recommend to take this connecting flight from Manglore to Mumbai even for leisure travel.
