There are TOO MANY pre recorded in flight announcements and they are loud and very jarring when one is trying to sleep. Since it is a late evening flight which reaches Delhi at 11.15 PM this aspect is not appreciated at all. It greatly reduces the inflight experience.

The in-flight experience with spicejet was very bad. Intact, pathetic. There was no air conditioning for almost 45 minutes. By the time flight attendant could come to our seats for the meals, there were no meal packets left with them. Not even cold drinks. We were given only water.

The fact that checked in baggage was not allowed for this category, was not very clearly known to us at the time of booking the ticket. It was only after we got the tickets, we came to know that the return flight of spicejet does not allow any free checked in baggage. This was not feasible, as while going, it was allowed, how do someone expect a flier to take the baggage and come back without the same. Not expectable.

Cabin person took extra 2000 rs to get the food in flight and baggage preference and leg space. I told not to give me that but she was insisting me so I took it. Later in the air plane cabin crew told that food is finish and you have to take another breverages like bhej and others. We took one meal where taste was pathetic. Cabin crew asked me to charge extra for tea which would be included in the package. Overall it was a pathetic experience for me.

i was late by 2min. for checkin time but on request it was not provided the boarding pass. Even it was not informed that by giving small amount I can move in the next flight. Even it was not informed that spicejet person required to sign to come out so that i can buy other ticket. I purchased ticket from indigo counter for delhi and payed Rs.9000 and there i got information that i could re-accommodate after giving nominal amount. So i felt that employee did not guided to customer properly due to i have to loss money.

They plan a Continental meal and dont provide salt. The seats are uncomfortable. Premium Economy tickets purchased at a higher price is not really all that comfortable. Bottled water provided tasted stale and bad. On time performance was bad - delayed roll back from the gates and delayed touchdown. Tatas and Singapore Airlines - two universally trusted names came together to create a company who failed to give me a good first experience. Long live Indigo and Spice

Very disorganised. Indigo turns around in 15- 20 mts. It took more than one hour. There was no announcements to apologise for the delay as the flight took off. Typical "take it or leave it" attitude.

I am very very thankful to to airport staff of air india while travelling back from del to mumbai. I was late due to traffic and confusion from which airport i had to board the flight, whether T1 or T3. I struggled from security check to boarding but the staff was very cooperative to assist me till i could run and then they took me on wheel chair till boarding. My heartfelt thanks for this support and allow me board the flight. I am sorry to every one as because of me flight got late. Please accept my sincere apologies .. Best Regards, Snehal Dighaskkar

Why isn't the ticket number printed in the online picket issued? The multi airline self service kiosk at T2 Mumbai doesn't accept PNR, and it asks for a ticket number whereas the online ticket is a 10 digit one. I wasted 15 minutes trying to get the Boarding Pass.
