Originally the flight AI 965 on 17 05 19 was supposed to take off from Mumbai at 15.00 hours and postponed to 18.30 hours. We were made to sit inside the air craft for 2 hours. The flight finally took off at 20.45 hours. There were cockroaches in the flight. The toilets were dirty. We were not allowed to come out of the air craft. The AC was not working properly. To conclude , the experience was pathetic. Never ever in AI

SpiceJet should maintain cool cabin temperature in the flight. Also most of the time, SpiceJet flights are at least ten minutes behind schedule.
