The Emailed Ticket Didn't provided any details on flight halts, email or the ticket should have details like halting place, time to halt and next departure time from the halting place. This helps in planning itinerary, and feeding specially when we are traveling with infants/senior citizens

Air India has comparatively improved their services but a lot more needs to be accomplished especially at the counter and ground level. Customer services rendered are not up to the mark. Ground staff should be given training etc to improve their services and behavior particularly with the customers who have recently joined the air travel fraternity.

I missed this flight thanks to the incompetence of the Indigo staff. I got a little delayed by traffic but reached in time. When I told the Indigo staff about the time of my flight and to let me go ahead and check in, they did not listen to me at all. And finally when I reached the counter, they had closed my flight five minutes before! They could have easily bumped me forward but they didn't do so and I ended up missing my flight because of FIVE MINUTES! I had to buy a ticket for the next day as there were no other flights to Srinagar that day. I lost Rs. 6000 in this whole process and reached late and missed a highly important appointment. So disappointed with the airline! Furthermore the next day, they weighed my laptop bag along with my hand luggage and charged me! Never in my life has my laptop bag been weighed. Only the hand luggage is supposed to be weighed. I do not know of this rule. Two of the male staff ganged up on me and weighed my laptop bag and I was charged for the same. I am so disgusted at this behavior. First I miss my flight because of them and then this. Please do let them know of this whole episode.
