Nagpur To Mangalore Flights

I had booked an air ticket from Nagpur to Mangalore for the 4th of February 2019. Unfortunately the very same morning my grandfather expired at 3 AM and my flight being scheduled at 7:55 AM I decided to get my flight rescheduled. As I tried navigating through the app for the reschedule an error occurred and I was provided with a number to call and get the required done. On calling the number I was taken through a series of automated virtual assistant replies on dialing the respective numbers on my keypad as I was directed to, which ultimately leads to the machine asking me to reschedule my flight online. This leads to an infinite loop where the app tells me to call the number and on calling I'm told to use the app for my reschedule. There was no actual human receiving my calls even after trying several different numbers. The ultimate resort I had to use is call the airlines to cancel my ticket which I actually wanted to reschedule. This is outrageous and highly intolerable as in a mo
