1. Got a call from hotel while we were on the way, rooms are not ready and will be ready by 1 o Clock, We thought it is one our of delay, we will manage some how. 2. Food was average 3. We checkin the room - Gyser not working, TV not working, We asked them for room replacement, they said not possible, asked them to fix it, they said it will take 4 hours to fix the problems, eventually got fixed at 6:30 evening. 4. There was no power backup, We were sitting in the dark with our phone torch on for 2 hours. Next day morning got a call from reception at 10 saying I should checkout, so checkin timing in 1oClock and checkout at 11? and before 11 they knocked out door and asked us to vacate the room twice. 5. Cleaning lady started knocking our door at 10:45 expecting us to leave immediately. Pathetic experience, never book this property.. these guys are cheaters, they will not give you 22 hrs even after you pay 5500 rs for nothing.

Very courteous staff. Neat and clean rooms with very good view in the early morning.

Vythiri Resort

Very uncooperative people. They are not giving even partial reimbursement for services which I didn't even take. Would not recommend to any of my friends. Utter disappointment.
