One of the worst staff i have ever seen in hospitality industry at Hotel Bhawna place agra .I have the regular customer of this hotel but In one of my visit at the hotel i had some complaint related with breakfast against the hotel, due to which Goibibo had refunded the amount to me.So i Forget the incident and due to warm gesture by Goibibo i booked the same hotel again with goibibo. But when i reached there the behavior of staff was absolutely different and they started saying openly that you have complaint against us and taken refund but what do you feel that you will always put feedback and get refund.And started humiliating and insulting me. especially the behavior of staff Mr shammim mirza was shocking. It seems like that he is threatening me , If i will come here again he will take some action against me. When Shammim mirza was insulting me his colleague Mr Solanki also joined him and challenge me to complaint where ever YOU want. I don't know why these people are kept on job .Especially when they do not have respect for there customers and there profession .They are just spoiling the name of the hotel and goibibo. THIS FEEDBACK IS NOT RELATED TO ANY MONATERY BENEFIT OR REFUND .BUT PLEASE GET RID OF THESE KIND OF EMPLOYEES. I promise you that will never stay in this hotel in my life.Till the time this Shammim mirza like of of employees will be there. Let me explain you the whole incident in brief:- In one of my visit, i booked hotel directly which was included breakfast .But no staff member has called me for the same in the morning. So i asked them for the reason which they replied that sorry on our part but you can avail the same next day. But due to my hectic schedule i forget to take the breakfast in my entire 4 days stay. so as a regular customer i booked the hotel today 16th - 17th .I requested them that if possible kindly include my breakfast now. Which they have denied rudely .WHICH IS OK ? BUT WHEN STARTED TALKING ABOUT MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT AND STARTED THREATENING ME , AND INSULTING ME . I FELT REALLY BAD. Mr shammim mirza and his colleagues started behaving like goons and torturing me for my previous refund and compliant. Mr solanki starting insulting me for the loss they had in previous refund . IT WAS MY FAMILY VISIT. AND DUE TO THIS HUMILIATION ME AND MY PREGNANT WIFE LEFT THE HOTEL WITHOUT HAVING FOOD. I WAS READY TO BUY THE BREAKFAST BECAUSE OF MY PREGNANT WIFE, WHICH WAS VERY MUCH REQUIRED BUT ULTIMATELY LEFT THE HOTEL DUE TO THIS LIFE TIME WORST EXPERIENCE. AGAIN I AM SAYING I DONT NEED ANY REFUND BUT NEED PUNISHMENT FOR THESE EMPLOYEES. SHAMMIM MIRZA AND SOLANKI.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in August 2017 in family suite Good: # Good location as it stands right on NH-2 once you are past Sikandara in Agra. #Good value for money # Attached restaurant and room service - delicious Indian and Chinese food. #Wifi internet is okay. #Free parking for car #Warm water in bathroom #safe hotel Bad # There is a lot of confusion on online booking, They always try to make some extra money by first showing you a smaller room, and then if you want a better room, they will charge you extra (in the range of 500-600 rupees). The names of rooms keep on changing - executive , deluxe and whatever. Be cautious while booking. # Outside ambiance is nothing to look for. Broken roads and deserted building.

Visited hotel...good facilities at very low cost...staff and hotel manager respond is very good and food were excellent...near to taj and connected to highway so location is good...excellent hotel at very low cost

Considering the stars of hotel it seems to be ok hotel. Being Situated on NH2 gives it an edge over on Location. There is almost no parking space but some how the hotel guard will help in parking your car. Room(executive) size is good but the lighting is very poor, the room and passage gives you a very gloomy feel.. they have used dark colored glasses to decorate the place and because of that it is dark inside. There is no dress for servers or hotel staff. Food was good and as per our taste. In fact d best part of our stay was d food.The staff was cordial and wager to serve. There is no ground or lawn as such for the guests who have come to stay but they have a banquet hall and if there is no function then you can use it to take a stroll. They dp not provide any toileteries except soap bars.so ppl travelling here need to bring their cosmetics along. If you do not expect much then the hotel is good, it can be used for a stop over. Overall Average hotel.

i booked room through oyo me and my fiancee service was excellent hotel reception staff is very politely (girl) when i entered room A c not working properly throw some mud out so i called to reception they short out problem my fiancee so happy looked nice hotel . i am suggesting to the manager give the proper uniform to every staff i did not recognize who in service who in electrician all are same and also improve wifi facility nett speed is not so good . i recommend to others hotel was very nice staff was cool come and stay in this hotel .
