What's Good: They did not provide proper breakfast. Also had to wait a long time for whatever breakfast they gave.

While travelling to Jhansi, we took Standard rooms but it was worst with smelling bedsheets etc, morever when requested to upgrade to deluxe they said its already booked even if it was free whole night, there was no receipt given for the cash charges and looks like the money went under hotel manager pocket.

Have been here thrice. Simple budget hotel. Nothing fancy about it. Simple food. Stay overnight and bless yourself. On the outskirts of the city. Reasonably priced. Its actually a highway hotel. Drop in and leave.

I will reiterate what another guest said - Hotel staff were terrible liars. They kept telling us someone would come by to clean the toilets, which were filthy, even though they had no intention of sending anyone. - They seemed to either not understand, or pretended to not understand any requests. - There was no hot water in the bathrooms, the staff said they would look into it and then disappeared. - Half the lights in the rooms did not work - Wallpaper was torn and in terrible condition - Not only was there no TV in the room, there were wires hanging out of the walls in multiple locations - Hotel staff gave us used towels and when we asked for fresh towels, brought some. Then overheard them telling each other to be sure to count the towels and make sure we did not leave with them - The bedsheets and pillows seemed to have not been washed in months. We asked for a change of all sheets and pillowcases, but the replacements still smelled. - Toilet flush did not work and when staff was informed, they came and opened a tap in the back that led to the toilet leaking loudly and continuously - -Dirty rooms and bathrooms - Arrogant behavior of the hotel staff was adding insult to the injury. Room Tip: please don't even think to book this hotel

First point to be noted- It's a banquet for marriages, and good for that purpose only! However for visiting Agra, it's been a poor choice- 1. Located at the outskirt of Agra [Gwalior road]; takes 20 minutes in Auto to reach Tajmahal area [reserved autos cost 200] and same to Agra Cantt. Railway station 2. No fine restaurants nearby, their own restaurant service was poor during our stay[we only dined once and avoided thereafter] 3. Even for tea, we had to call many times 4. Rooms were good though for staying But what we disliked the most was their behavior towards us. We felt as if we didn't exist to them. So, overall our experience was terrible. Avoid this hotel if your priority is to visit Tajmahal etc.

Worst Hotel I've ever been to, following are feedbacks: - Hotel staff is not educated enough to read the voucher and check the room type later they ask for extra money - Voucher says Buffet Breakfast but the Hotel staff says Buffet means just one paratha with curd (they need to understand the meaning of buffet. - Room lock doesn't work, same for the attached bathroom - Wallpaper was torn and in terrible condition - Hotel staff gave us used towels - The best sheet seemed that it was not washed since months - Demand of food at 9 was like asking for their life - Communication skill was a big ZERO, even after repeating 100 times the correct order can't be placed - Untidy toilets, rooms and almirah were the highlight - Arrogant behavior of the hotel staff was adding insult to the injury.
