What's Good: Perhaps the worst hotel i ever stayed in. The people were nice but the facilities were poor. Firstly, the hotel name has changed hence it was difficult to locate. 2nd, the room was small with no window. 3rd, the bedsheet was torn. bedsheet given on request were moist. No towel, paper roll in toilet. No blanket. Morning tea not available as the cook comes after 8. We finally were served very basic breakfast at 9.

  • It's better, not to stay here

    by Saravanan T on

This RajRani Residency was not booked by me. I have booked 3 Rooms for my family members at a hotel (M House) which is there on the same Fatehabad Road. But due to some reason, they asked me to stay at this RajRani Residency Hotel. Without seeing the condition of this RajRani Residency Hotel, I agreed to stay here. The Reception area was some what OK. But the Rooms, Staircase, corridor etc. were very dirty. There is a small Semi Automatic Lift, which is not working most of the time. Room floors are very dirty. Furniture, Wardrobe are in very bad shape. Bedspread and Pillow covers are not replaced, Stain and Hairs are visible on the bedspread and on the Pillows. Wardrobe was not cleaned for months, by seeing this no one will keep their Cloths in it. Bath Room is dirty and do not have any accessories like Tissue Roll, Soap, Shampoo...etc. Most of the Electrical fittings are in bad shape. LCD TV is there and it works!!!. Split AC was there, but no control (Remote Control not provided). At the Ground floor of this Hotel there is a Liquor Shop and hence, it is not advisable for family stay, and the entrance of the hotel is full of garbage. I never visit this hotel, and I will never recommend it to anybody.

  • Worse hotel ever!

    by Petra W on

I am a hard core traveller in India and have been in many simple hotels. But this hotel is one of the worse. I have booked in advance because of pictures that show not what you get in real. The hotel was more or less empty and I was the only women there. Big, dark, old hotel, dirty, and not taken care. Dont book there. The hotel boys were quite nice but useless as the management was a failure. One of my worse night in hotels.

  • Taj Mahal is at a walkable distance. But, for this do not select this hotel, there are several other hotels available in the same Road.

  • If you book any hotel with agents like Cleartrip, always check with the hotel through phone, to avoid late last minute information that the room was not available in the last minute. This hotel is the worst in India, not worthy of even Rs.500 per night.
