What's Good: Staff is visitors friendly. Ambiance & cleanliness is perfect. Food is good. Overall Value for Money. Buffet Breakfast needs lot of improvement, other than timing, it starts at 6:30 am, be it quality wise n option wise. I would not opt for buffet breakfast in case visited them again.

We stayed at this hotel as part of an organized tour. It is close to the Taj Mahal. The service was just above average. We didn't see any female employees. The breakfast was average, although it does have an "Egg station". We left at 5am to see the Taj Mahal and the receptionist was asleep on the couch and didn't see us leave.

The best part of the hotel is its location. Its located opposite TDI mall whic is giod for shopping. This 3 star hotel is well equipped and has decent rooms for the price it charges. Food is nice and menu rates are standard.

Stayed in the Taj Vilas for one night as part of the golden triangle tour. Overall, it was a bad experience culminating in my purse going missing when a porter was in the room and a manager who didnt care. The facade was impressive and the rooms were presented well. Our view out of the window was poor and didnt improve when we were moved. The welcome was rushed and as we were two mature black women the staff seemed to look down on us. We were told about a show by the hotel rep that didnt exist. We complained and we had our room changed to get a better view! See picture. Breakfast was average with a variety of foods. For check out a porter was sent to the room to get our bags. He came into the room and asked if we had everything. He then grabbed the bed runner and rolled it up and put it on the side and the put the tv remotes on top. We were then told to leave the room. At the taxi, I was looking for my purse to give a tip and then realised I had left my purse on the bed. The manager took us back to the room to look. It was too late as there were 4 men in there pulling the room apart. The manager just looked and said not there and walked off. A very male dominated environment not suited for lone women in my opinion as there wasnt a single female member of staff around during our stay.

Very disappointed with this hotel First impressions when we checked in were good. Then they had two events taking place during our stay. Guests attending these showed no respect to any other guests in-house. Extremely noisy, bashing on doors. Etc Made a complaint to reception at 00.50 one morning and nothing done. Received a call at 03.40 hours to ask for a bed to be put in a room - wrong number. As you can appreciate with little sleep because of the noise this did not go down well at all. Asked at reception if there was any other events taking place at the hotel during stay and told no - rubbish there is and yet again ridiculous amount of noise and again have complained to reception after an elderly lady knocked the hell out of my door. Have left a written complaint which I expect to be acknowledged by Mr Sunhil Jha. Shame - as some of the staff are really helpful and friendly. But wouldnt recommend staying here purely because of the noise issues. After all you pay to sleep in a hotel - not to pay to get hardly any.

Not very happy with the hotel. Different from my perspective on Indian people, the staff was a bit hostile to be true. But the rooms are good on the other side. The food was not good, but I didn't have much choice. Yes, it is pretty near Tajmahal so that's an up side. Not really recommended.
