First of all I am so thankful to Kalyani, Abhay, respected Seema maam (owners) for making our stay in Agra, India the most memorable one. Their hospitality is beyond words, it has to be experienced. Their property is so clean that it can beat any star category hotel. After my stay at their home, to stay at a five star or AAA diamond star category hotel would be the last thing on my mind. The food was amazing coz it was cooked with love, special thanks to their mother Seema & Kalyani who are wonderful ladies and know Indian cooking from the back of their hand. Their son Jai is a very friendly and hard working young man, he also helped us whenever we needed anything. The location was excellent, as it was not over populated and was at a manageable proximity of Taj Mahal. Thanks again to the Villa 21 family, we will be back whenever we visit India.

Great hospitality. TASTFUL dinner and breakfast. It is pleasant to stay in a family hotel. We had good, clean bedrooms. One thing. We were not prepared on the temperature in wintertime. So cold we did not expect. So a warning for other travelers, take warm clothes with when you go to India in januari.

We stayed here as part of a tour, and we were very pleased. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close so that it is not far to Taj Mahal. We also had their evening dinner, which included a nice representation of Indian food. The family was very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to stay there again!

We visited for the cooking demonstration and wished we had known about the home stay. The Villa is beautiful and quiet, and the family is very friendly and welcoming. Of course the food was also fantastic. It was a great change of pace to eat Indian food that wasnt covered in sauce and gravy. Relying on fresh vegetables for the taste rather than ghee and cream.

This house is absolutely a hidden gem within Agra's homestays. The family is very kind and makes sure you have everything you need. The meals were super tasteful and we now know have to make it at home too because they offer cooking classes. On top of all that the house is beautiful, very clean, safe, and has superb beds and bathrooms (attached!).
