Hi, I am Rohan Central location, nice and warm rooms The hotel is within walking distance from the main road and also near airport . Nice staff service and clean room with all facility like Ac room,LED T.V, geyser, towel, free wifi

I checked in late in the evening at around 2315 hrs when i already informed them that my check in time would be 2230 hrs. A lot of problems were faced in the meanwhile. I checked in and requested them for the room keys and then requested them to at least show me around the place so that i can at least reach on correct area as i was about to check out at around 0230 hrs to catch my morning flight. No one was really bother for doing a show around to the room. They were just arguing among themselves that you go or tell him to go alone. Then i chose to go alone post my check in. During the time of check in i requested them for the wake up call at around 0200 hrs so that i can plan my departure from the hotel. He boorishly refused it over my face that who will be available at that time to do so. They suggested me to take an auto for Rs. 250/- for almost 4 kms during early morning so that he can come and wake you up.( Apparently i paid Rs. 100 for 12 kms from Station to hotel and almost 4 times more for 1/4thdistance was demanded???) This was also to save time and no courtesy as hospitality professional. Then i told them to offer me the wi fi so that i can use it. I went in the room and requested them for the password by coming barefoot to the reception from the end of the room. I was shocked that the time i reached the reception , this receptionist was discussing about me with his fellow mates or i suppose other guests that we are from the same place and this guest( pointing out to me ) is also from the same place and specifically mentioning the area i stay in that city. This was never to be expected from any hotel to leak their guests information to any other guests. Neither i know them nor do they know me. The internet as usual lame was not working to which i complained at the reception The receptionist came to my room who was drunk and i could smell him from nearby as i am myself a Teetotaler. He said he will get back to me and then he went back at the reception and started chit chatting by giving no revert over my complaint. It was not a good gesture. The room was not even clean and the bed making was not well ,tidy and good one. It feels like someone already used the bed or must have sat on it. The bathrooms as promised by oyo rooms were not clean at all. The bathrooms floor was having yellow patched and the W/C was having water leakage. No basic amenity oyo rooms were also offered. Not certain that why am i expected to stay at such a creepy property when its only for couple of hours and then also no one is really bothered for my complaints. I would have never seen such a hostile behavior towards any guests. I myself belong to hospitality background managing a 5 star in the market but i just expect some basic respect to someones need. Post to all that i left the hotel at around 2345 hrs after no response from anyone. And complained to 4 different people at oyo rooms to which there was no response. I was also told that i should have not left the property and should have stayed there. Do you really think that this would have been possible? Keep yourself in my place and understand that i was not slept till 2345 hrs and was expected to fly by 0300 hrs. No rest and paid Rs 799/- at the hotel to which he never gave me any receipt for the same. I am completely cheated over this experience and will never recommend the same. If its in your limit them would appreciate a refund back for the same or else will prefer to talk to the higher authorities. Indeed required a level of humanity and hospitality.
