What needs to improve : The parties held in the hall at the ground floor were disturbing because of very loud music system,creating vibrations in the room on the 2nd floor,overall dining at the hotel below was costly.

What's Good: Since its a new Property some improvements are required mainly in Restaurant, as they have a very limited Menu choice, secondly its purely vegetarian. Its also a No Smoking Zone i.e. the entire hotel. The Rooms are decent, services i.e. Housekeeping are good & maintained nicely. Overall Dining is below Average.

I enjoyed one night stay at this hotel. Ambience is very good. All facilities are available and up to mark. A nice restaurant is also attached with this hotel which make guest more comfortable for dinner in late night. Buffet breakfast is testy and have a number of option. Actually, this hotel is a little bit costly but I got a better deal through website. It was a nice stay!

Good renevated hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good too ! Staff is good and helpful for elders. South Indian food available in restaurant. Late check-in allowed. Google reviews are genuine and customer service is good too.

I've been staying at this hotel since it opened, I think about 4 years ago. When it opened it was a legitimate 3 star hotel...clean, well maintained, good value. When it opened it ran well, things worked, and there was attention to detail. It was not a 4 or 5 star, and didn't pretend to be. However, it was a good stay for the price and well worth it. I have not written a review before, but probably could have, but after 4 years having just stayed there for a week, I feel it necessary to do so. I have to stay at this hotel again, and I'd like them to get their act together, and I'm hoping this will spur them to action. In looking for the reasons for the decline in the hotel, it might be due to the change in manager. It is clear that there isn't anyone paying attention to things. There is little communication between the sections of the hotel. It appears as if someone is trying to save money at the hotel, but I will get to that in a bit. When I arrived and got into my room, they did manage to get me a room in the back as I requested. The room however, though serviced, did not have clean sheets on the bed. While the sheets were not super dirty, it was clear that someone had already spent a few nights on them. I can only suppose that the housekeeping staff has been told to keep the sheets on the bed between customers if they don't look too dirty. I began to see signs of trying to save money. The next item was the mattress. The mattress had a huge hole in it. A literal hole that went from one side to the other. It was about 2 feet long and 6 inches wide and located on the right side of the bed about where your shoulders are. This is a mattress that never should have seen the light of day, probably for a year or more. This hole was easily visible when one changed the bed. Again, I can only assume that it had not been changed in order to save money. Someone overlooked it for a reason. I stayed here for 6 days. Out of those 6 days the housekeeping was done correctly 2 times. After the first day when it was not done, I decided to leave a note with the front desk in the morning after I left for the day. When I returned later, I found that the room had been "serviced' but not one of the items on my list was done...not one. And I was not asking for the moon, just clean sheets, face towels, a laundry bag, and clean glasses. The lady who I assume was the head of housekeeping did finally come by while I was there and took charge and got the mattress changed out and new sheets, etc. So that was good. On one day I came back and found that they had made my kind sized bed with a single sheet.....A single sheet...not even two single sheets. Not wanting to deal with it that day, I just slept on it. Again, I thought, they don't have enough sheets for the hotel, and ran out of king sheets and had to use a single. I went by the breakfast buffet and noticed a severe decline in the food from when I started to stay at this hotel. I ended up not eating breakfast there. Are they saving money? The hotel phones are scratchy and impossible to hear over. English is a challenge on a clear line, much less a bad one. The hallways and even the entry way have half the light bulbs out....saving money? The lobby used to be air conditioned...not anymore, and it is a green house with glass all around. It really heats up. The AC in my room quit half way through the night on my last night....I just suffered, not wanting to change rooms at midnight the last day. So all in all, it just appears that the owner called a few years ago and said "you have to cut expenses" and so they did and do. I have to stay in this area of the city and this hotel is the only option. However, if you have a choice of a 3 star you might want to avoid this. I hope to be able to write a better review next time.

The hotel was pretty average. We had ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka. It was as if they had to first look for the chicken, kill it and then cook it. But at least the quality of the food was fantastic. A few hours later we ordered room service, we called at about 3. When the 2 drinks still hadn't come by 3:45, we called again and finally, the drinks arrived at about 4. The service was friendly but incredibly slow. The rooms were not bad, although the curtains didn't really go up all the way. The bathroom was cleanish and a little claustrophobic. The bed had two stains on it from god knows what! The breakfast options were extremely limited. It was so depressing. Regardless of the label attached, the fruits did not taste freshly cut at all. Eggs which should be a part of every basic breakfast were absent. The juice seemed old and expired. I don't think I would recommend this hotel at all. But the restaurant is recommended purely for the quality of the food.

I had a chance to stay this hotel as this is was booked by one of our associates. The hotel person has picked us up from the airport . The drive from Ahmedbad airport to this hotel took 45 mins . Once we arrived the hotel it was like 7.30am as soon we entered the lobby hall was bit dull, the sitting sofas are kinda of old fashioned ways . This hotel is situated on the road side, even though it's on road side it is difficult to spot coz of their name as there is no signage hoarding kept facing to the road side but it's kept towards inner side, advisable to take a taxi or maps to locate the place Without any much hassles they checked us in room . The room was bit stinky, the AC was bit low on cooling. The Cable connections again very few selected channels. The room service foods takes time to deliver so it's better to go out and eat in order to save time and they do extra on dinning at room on their slow room services Since this was a business trip we do have guests coming at the hotel,now this is where we got a bit annoyed .Each guests that come to see us I would understand that they need to surrender their ID cards at the reception and there is visiting time allowed, iam not sure the name of the lady who was at the reception shes a bit nosey to know where we came from , what we do? Why ur coming here ? And so on.. This is where we dont understand as why the lady is so depresate to know this . Is this how they do It? I had stayed in so many hotels during my trip and couple of guests do meet us but never ever came across such a manners. The guests were uncomfortable due to this. There is something called professionalism that needs to be trained , but the quality of services are too low which reflects a bad impression. We had raised our concern to our associates who had booked this hotel and told never to book such a hotel . This hotel was chosen as our factory visits and business were near by. Over all the stay was unpleasent !!!!! Hope that front office/ reception do get trained.
