This was my first experience to stay at any hotel. I found amazing services with all staff members & managers. Room was good & decorated as well as foods are too much tasty. I stayed 2 days & felt like home. Such a good service by Shahanshah Hotel, Ajmer

We were in Ajmer during a festival and almost all the hotels were packed. We finally found a room here. Service was quite good but cleanliness was dissapointing. Though they manged it quickly. Not recommended for large groups or families as the rooms are not spacious.

I had the misfortune of staying in this hotel during my trip to Rajasthan. They do treat their guests decently but during the final bill settlement sneakily added additional service charge over the agreed amount. They had this amount even for the entire taxi amount that we booked. Any sane traveler should avoid this sleazy place...

In the winter of 2014 ..we stayed at this hotel and believe me guys this is one expensive hotel with the rooms not justifying with the amount paid.we had been to hotels in jaipur at approx half rate to this one and they were quite brilliant for their tarrif . Coming to the other issue ...i don't the reception guy is deaf or something i asked for one current reservation ticket and the guy turning out oversmart bought me three ..(each for my friend and pocketing 3*250 for the tickets as commission ) ...so the staff members are always in the rush of making money by any means, adding to that don't get carried away by their deals as they promised us that they will get us aquaintance for the dargah visit and the man they called to take us at dargah turned out to be money monger asking for money at each sacred place in dargah. Also the hotel is located at very clumsy and filth occupied place . Ps: don't get carried away by the dealing that hotel is the nearest to the dargah. Just stay out of this hotel .
