our family and friends planed this trip and happened to be at this great property which has most of the things to make you relaxed and rejuvanated. I must say the trip turned out to be very memorable and made more so by Hotel's excellent service by it's staff members.

There was no welcome drink on arrival. Checkout experience was very bad. No variety in food menu and doesn't feel like a five star hotel menu at all. Staff is not trained well. Infact, the service timelines were very late.

We had a company function here which was organized extremely well and we had a great time on the event from the hall arrangement on the official side as well as the evening event. The problem was in small things - there were no bath towels in the room nor was there a floor towel outside the shower area. The bathroom had smell of pigeon refuse which I believe is from something in their false ceiling and ventilation coming in from there. We were 2 people in a room and it beats me how they could have not got even 1 bath towel in the bathroom as it was a prebooked event. For anything requested it took them a lot of time to service and had to be followed up - I did it for towels as well as fruits I requested . It was the same when we asked for water bottles while leaving - it took 3 people and constant follow ups to get the same after full 20 minutes. For breakfast the fare dished out was average both in taste and spread. When I requested a gobhi paratha it was politely declined saying it would take around 25 minutes to prepare. Not comparable to the Taj standards at any level The gym and swimming pool as well as the overall decor is quite good of the hotel.

The day before we were suppose to checkout I booked a morning cycle city tour to Pushkar. We started from Hotel at 5:30am with cycles in the Mahindra pick up, as hotel has a policy that- no cycling on the highway-. Mahindra pickup dropped me and my Guide Mr Arun Sharma on the fringes of the city. We started with the outer roads of Pushkar and eventually ended our trip in the tight alleys of the old city. Had a best tea of the recent times in a cafe at sunset point at the bank of historic pond . Mr Sharma is well versed with History, culture and social setup of the community. He took me to the places which I would have never gone myself and most of these places are almost inaccessible during day time due to traffic. We spend 3.5 hours strolling on the bicycle on a leisure pace. I think I know Pushkar better now. I would definitely recommend every visitor to go for morning city tour with Mr Sharma.
