I had such a wonderful time at the Marari Nest home stay I extended my trip an extra night! Jeejo was the perfect host. He was attentitive but also makes you feel at home to relax by yourself or with friends in the garden, or on your terrace. The breakfast and dinner are delisiou. The dinner is a freshly cooked feast and very reasonably priced.

Wonderful place with excellent food. Our hosts were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were confortable , with hot water. We had our last dinner in their beautiful patio under candlelights. We highly recommend it. Francoise from France

We totally fell in love with this family and place. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The food was simply amazing and cooked with love ! The beach is 2min walk, so is the bus station to go to Allepey (backwaters). Jeejo will tell you everything you need to know about transportation or things to do in the surroundings. With his wife Mini, they truly take care of you as a member of their family. A little piece of paradise in Marari

Had a wonderful stay at the Marari Love shore. Made to feel extremely welcome by Sarjan and his family. The food was excellent and even had some cooking lessons. It is only yards from the beautiful and tranquil beach. Would highly recommend this, as a place to spend your holiday!

We arrived during the early hours of the morning in a taxi from the airport arranged by Jeejo, who met us to carry our luggage down the short track from the road. Wed booked the room for the arrival night at the last minute and Jeejo showed us to a room up some steps which was basic but clean and offered for us, if we wanted, to choose a different room in the morning (as other rooms became available) for the remainder of our stay (further 4 nights). The following morning, we had breakfast al fresco and chose one of the ground floor rooms with its own veranda for the remainder of our stay. It was a good size with large bathroom, fan, aircon and even boasted a fan on the veranda (needed in the heat). When we eventually surfaced, breakfast was served by Jeejo on our own veranda....it was lovely! Breakfast was fairly simple but tasty and plentiful...fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit, eggs (boiled or omelette), Keralan style curry with either chapatis or noodles, toast, butter and jam... We chose to have dinner there every night and werent disappointed.... the home cooked food was amazing.... usually fresh fish grilled/fried or curry, rice, chapatis (thinnest Ive ever had), vegetable dishes (usually 3 per meal including Dahl) with some fruit. Each meal offered different dishes so plenty of variety.... the best way to try real Keralan food. We certainly didnt go hungry. Such good value too! Finally, I cant fail to mention how well Jeejo looked after us... he couldnt do enough for us .....
