Rooms are spacious but maintenance is very poor, particularly washroom. Bedsheets, pillow cover and towels too not properly cleaned. Quality of food is very good. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city on the Nagpur highway. It is very popular for marriage functions. Some rooms open up to the marriage halls and are obviously used for the marriages. There are some rooms that are separate from the marriage hall. The rooms are of standard size but have a gloomy appearance. The main reason is that there is only a small window which faces another building and so letting in little natural light. Serviceand food are good. But the corridors and other common areas are dirty except for the reception and restaurant. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for stay with family.

My wife and I have stopped by at this hotel in the past while driving between Pune and Gadchiroli. We like the spacious rooms and the food served. On June 30 2018 though, things were different. My wife was getting back pain while lying on the bed and couldn't sleep. In the middle of the night she discovered that the mattress was upside down: coir side up and foam side down. The next morning we complained about it at the reception desk and asked for 50% compensation because our main reason for staying at the hotel was to get a good night's rest between two long drives. As it is, we could have slept in our car with the AC on for a much lower cost! But the reception people were very callous and rigid. They acknowledged it was their mistake but refused to take responsibility for it. We even said that the toilet was sealed with a paper strip that "certified it clean" but was not really clean inside. They said we should have told them and they would have corrected it. Even in the middle of the night they could have sent someone to turn the mattress over. Seriously! In the middle of the night they expect my wife, with her nightclothes on, to call housekeeping and ask them to do this job turn the lights on and thus destroy my sleep too! So they are really putting the responsibility of maintaining their rooms on their guests! Is that fair? Obviously they care much more about their money than the about the guest! Hotel facilities are good but attitude is deplorable.

Rooms and bathroom were spacious with balcony. Decent hotel, nothing fancy. The reception guy Farhaan was very polite and helpful with our reservation as we reached there earlier than our check in time. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was yum! Just one thing I will grumble about is, the music that they play (Bollywood and bhajans) are super loud. Each time I was at the hotel to rest for an hr, I had to call front desk to lower the volume. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. They always wore a smile on their face.
