surrounded by farms, the property offers a typical Punjab feeling. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. the owners are polite and tries to make you stay a comfort. stayed with friends and enjoyed every bit. My recommendation - Must Visit - Specially in Monsoon/ Winters.

We traveled to Amritsar for the first time along with another couple. We were met at the airport by the resort's vehicle and driven to this farm resort about 17 kms away. Our intention was not to stay in a city hotel, but to get away and taste rural Punjab and its way of life. We stayed four days and had the most delightful holiday in years. The owner Mr Dadwal and his Malaysian wife Quiey make you comfortable in their home which has ten rooms to let to guests. Done up with modern conveniences including air-conditioning, the resort is located in the middle of his farm. Here he has his own orchard, vegetable garden, cattle, and fields growing rice, Bajra etc. They have domestic help who are well trained and its like staying in hotel cum house, as meals are prepared and served according to your likes and dislikes. Primarily vegetarian food. If you want non-vegetarians they will cook fish and chicken. They also run a travel agency and can arrange for a visit to the Golden temple or Wagah border if you are interested. My wife took the car and went shopping with her friend, while I stayed behind and lazed around reading a book. Take an early morning walk, ride a Bullock cart or help plough fields with the tractor ...all good fun for city slickers. If you are looking for a short getaway from city life its the place to go. Make sure you choose the right time of the year as temperatures vary vastly from summer to winter. Recommended best time is Oct/Nov and Feb/March.

It was a wonderful trip for the full family. The place is in midst of farms and not very far from Amritsar. Jeet and his wife have kept the place very clean, serve awesome home cooked food and are very hospittable. It's just next to a gurdwara where you can have langar. Kids enjoy the milking of cows, tractor ride and walks in the farm. Rooms on the first floor give beautiful view of the paddy farms in this season. Do try their home made lassi.

Situated right in middle of lush green farms, yet not too far from the Amritsar city. One can have both the experiences in a single trip. Jeet and his family are really courteous and welcoming. Staff is polite. Food is home cooked and is really yummy. (Traditional Punjabi cuisine) Could do with intercom in the rooms though.
