The staff and their attitude is really nice. The way the place is maintained is also wonderful. The most beautiful thing here is the ambience and sound of nature and fresh & delicious food.the hospitality of the working staff is excellent.

A pleasent surprise to see this hotel on trip advisor. Old memories and still a best place to eat out anytime in a power hub town of anpara. 20 years we enjoyed the fantastic food and still they provide same flavor and hospitality. Keep it up and best of luck.

Well, we don't have many choices to opt from, this hotel/resort was under renovation, rooms are big, but have very old furnitures, linens were clean, one have to be cautious not to left windows open, else flies or mosquitoes will be your sleeping partners:(. Bathrooms were old but clean, management have to solve the problem of coal particles and smell of coal in bathroom water. Service is good, and even better if you are a regular visitor there. The main disappointment was no facility of accepting payments through card, need to carry cash. WiFi is enabled and free as well, food is good but as the kitchen is far away, its better to eat it in restaurant itself, if you want to get is served hot. Chef is flexible enough to cook food according to your preference, you have to politely tell them. May be owner is not so much interested to get it going or may be the revenue generated through this hotel is not that motivating, but it surely demands positive management engagement to convert it to a good hotel. Property is good.

Traveled long many KMs from Anuppur to Bargawan and to Anpara. Had done a booking for the suite in Banjara Hotel & Resorts . A couple of alerts for the traveler:- 1) The Hotel takes payment only in cash, no credit cards are accepted so be careful 2) The suites are the best buy however the tariff does not include bed tea or breakfast. Hotel is flexible to include same in the rent and can give a combined package in room rent 3) Options for breakfast are not many. For Rs 300 you can have continental which is tea, two toast else Indian which is Tea and stuffed Parantha. Juice is not served 4) Coming to the room itself, the suite has a sitting area and a bed room area. The toilets can be kept cleaner. During rains one can find insects, moths in the room and the W/C.There is no fly proofing. The AC are old and at times not too effective 5) There is only one restaurant for dining , the Punjabi Rasoi 6) The property is old with the owner not seemingly interested in upgrading it since it is as such churning out good returns 7) Ambiance is good as the property is spread out 8) Service with some 'TIP' handed out can be meaningful. No Iron Boxes are given out in the room and laundry for overnight wash may be not too certain to come back the next day morning 9) The reception is manned by a courteous and friendly gentleman , Mr Aditya but he has limitations as not much freedom is with him. Had a discussion with him on 'Mineral Water' , kept in the room ( the suite really) for which the hotel wanted to levy a charge. had never heard of it. No Tea/Coffee maker in the suite Since not many places are there to stay in Anpara (the bed of Thermal Power Plants), one is devoid of choices, so make the best of it. With tariff reduced and better upkeep, the property can be worth the effort to stay for a night or two. Check also for Wi Fi as was not told when we checked in and we were too tired . Data card does not connect. For internet users, please be careful
