Hi Guys! This is one of the best place covered with coconut trees and backwater. This is very near to Goa having views and sceneries with a good view and you can also cruise in the back water with a hired boat. I have visited many times. This was closed for months together for renovation and I wanted to visit again eagerly.

Not very far from the main beaches of Goa, this is an excellent quaint location . One needs to cross a river to land in goa. Food is good. Service needs improvement. Recommended for travellers who want to experience a backwater charm in maharashtra -goa border.

the property is well located with a pond in the rear (for fishing) and back water in the front, pool in the premise.. there are variety of room choises available based on need.. rooms, beds n restrooms were clean and contemporary with wood .....the village is about 10-15 mins. drive and ideal for people who like to revisit laid back, non commercialised villages... we had been there during diwali in 2010 (ps. the review format doesnt allow options to choose timeline beyond 2015. still!) and had a great time walking around the street , every house lit wid diyas..on diwali eve... overall..a wonderful trip and recap wid nature. thanks to the management for this memorable trip. hope to revisit sometime again.

This hotel lies on the borders of Goa and Maharashtra and it was a joy to stay here. It has a beautiful view of the backwaters and is an excellent location for sight-seeing for both beaches of Maharashtra and Goa! It does take some time to go to all the attractioons in Goa but the stay is worth it if you are looking for some peace and quiet! The restaurant food was AWESOME - giving a good taste of both Maharashtrian as well as Goan cuisine. The staff is amazing! Specially the driver - Mr Gawde! He waited for us for almost 8 hours on the airport as our flight was delayed!
