This place with a cozy accomodation is on the main road and very near to Biligiri Ranganatha temple. The rooms were clean and well maintained with very friendly staff. Naveen was the manager and very courteous and helpful during our stay. Though the rooms are not as big as what is seems on the images posted but they are good enough for a family with single kid. They have two types of accommodations 4 smaller rooms and two larger rooms. The smaller rooms can accommodate two adults a kid. This place do not have a kitchen the food is prepared in a nearby house and served. The taste and the spread was good enough considering the other food options available in BR hills. There are no decent restaurants BR Hills and there are few petty shops where you get some biscuits and chocolates. A guided nature walk was also organised with Mr. Kumar the naturist showing us different species of birds during our walk. Overall a very decent stay.

Good , neat accommodation , pure veg food , good for relaxed stay, owner is very humble person and Krishna who is a naturist is excellent and has great knowledge of the place and birds & animals . Camp fire was also arranged . One who wants a relaxed place in budget then best place to stay .

We (two families with one kid each) stayed there for 1 night. Excellent value to the money. Comfortable and clean rooms. Power back-up Nice food tasting home-made Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr. Naveen and enthusiastic and knowledgeable naturist Mr. Krishna who guided us for morning nature walk Enjoyed camp fire. A few improvements : - Rooms can have intercom service or at least buzzer to be useful in case of emergencies in night time (if cell phone signals are not available). - Low wattage night bulbs can be arranged in every room. - Liquid hand wash can be kept in toilets.

We stayed here for two nights with family. The staff was very friendly and so was the owner. Our stay included meals which were homely and decent. The owner also threw in a nature walk for free. The nature walk was good and the naturalist was very knowledgeable. We saw a few birds too. The rooms are very basic. The heater in the bathrooms are small capacity heaters so it took a very long time for the bucket to fill with hot water. Overall, we had a good stay. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the heaters.

The long week end helped us plan a short trip closer to Bangalore. With most of the popular places already grabbed, we planned a trip to B R Hills. We drove down on Friday morning. the fine weather and good road conditions helped us reach our resort in 4 hours. Thanks to Google and a minor deviation, we got a back-road route which was shorter and practically zero traffic. Rajathadri is the only decent place to stay in B R Hills and they serve awesome vegetarian (South Indian) food. The room was adequate for the 4 of us, but it could have been bigger and better equipped. On the day we arrived, we covered the a drive into the K.Gudi forest and then visited the famous Ranganathaswamy Temple on top of B R Hills. That pretty much completed our sight-seeing. The next day we headed for the jungle safari again into K.Gudi forest reserve. The drive at 5.30 AM in the morning was amazing and we had the most break-taking view of day-break in the forest. Even though we could not sight much animals except for few deer herds, bisons and an occasional wild mongoose and squirrels, the greenery was pretty pleasing to the eye. On the way back to Bangalore, we detoured into Gaganchukki and Barachukki falls. The copious rains in that region had increased the volume of the water falls presenting a majestic view of the same.
