Ambuja Farms is an 12 acer fenced property and safe area to stay. if you are lucky enough you will see all kind of wild animals. It was a sudden plan to stay in Bandipur. we was 7 people in 4 bikes we got a safe place to park our bikes but reaching the place is like an adventurous ride for 3 KMS a complete drive. All my friends was shocked to see the path because we was riding inside the forest to reach place. we booked a big family room and an other room for couple(married).both the rooms was perfectly clean and neat. well maintain. Toilets are clean.Rooms are completely netted so no worried about mosquitos and bugs. BUT do not open the door or window in late night so you will avoid bugs and mosquitos entering your room. Food tastes like homemade.Served in buffet limited menu. but good enough to fill your tummy.

We booked a 6 person dorm for a single night this December. Reaching the resort is difficult so it is recommended to reach well before it gets dark. The location on Google Maps is absolutely wrong and it leads you into the safari path which is not supposed to be open for public and is dangerous. Please stick to road signage as it is more dependable. The location is wonderful and it's amazing how deep into the jungle the farm is. The fence is electrified at night to prevent wildlife from entering. The farm is spacious, spread out and has a great view. The rooms are barebones with simple beds, large bathrooms and no extra amenities. The wifi is non-existent as is any sort of mobile network. The bathroom sink was broken when we visited. The staff is very friendly and provides a bon-fire in the evenings and extremely tasty and simple meals. All in all, this is a place you want to book if you're okay with minimal amenities, basic functionality and being one with nature.

Visited this place last week (Nov 2016)...Amazing surrounding...gives one perfect feeling of being in Jungle... Staff was friendly, food customized...... But if you expect hotel kind of treatment this place is not for you............ Animals almost roam around inside the the complete area!! that is so amazing@ Total Rooms are 4 + Domitary (4beds) ...Rooms are good to stay with basic stuff but please avoid staying in Domitary!!! Overall perfect pocket friendly, nice stay!!! i would recommend it for stay because of its location!!

Would not recommend to anyone. Pathetic food, slightly improved after complaining multiple times. Staff are nice, but clearly the management have given instructions to do minimum bit in terms of food etc. Maintenance is minimum required to keep it going. A pity, since location is excellent, can be made into a very good rustic resort.

Visited Ambuja Farms in September 6th 2006 along with family & friends, stayed there for 2 days. What a cherishing experience it was. This was my first ever stay in Bandipur. Got referred by one of my friend about Ambuja & met Mr. Ramesh at his residence in Girinagar & booked the cottage. Carried the receipt to the resort and that's it...hassle free transaction. We were received by Kumara...The veg food prepared by him was awesome. I guess now the entire resort has been revamped as when we had visited there were only 2 cottages. Refer to the uploaded pics... The resort was completely covered by the electric fence & gave us the comfort of spending much of our time in front of the camp fire. We could see herds of deer inside the resort which gave us the raw feel of jungle. The rooms were very clean & cozier and had a nice view of the resort. One can spot herds of Deer grazing in front of the cottage. I have recommended this place to many people. Missing Ambuja a lot. Planning for a stay there again in Sep/Oct after 10 long years... I strongly recommend this place for someone who wants comfort & luxury amidst jungle. Thanks a lot Ramesh for making our stay at Ambuja memorable...
