Hello. My name is Prathamesh Dalvi. Me and my Girlfriend have visited your restaurant on 22 nd September at 8 pm. My girlfriend had got a package of 3000 rs for a exclusive area table. She had paid 1500 rs as advance payment which leaves us with a balance of just 1500 rs. When we arrived we did not want red wine so we just requested if the red wine could be changed for white wine.It was just a polite request .The Manager did not accept the request. We did not have a private exclusive area which was advertised. Ok now the balance should have been 1500 rs to be payable at the end..We ordered 2 large vodka and 2 large whiskey and a mixer. I dunt drink these 4 drinks would be more than 2000 rs. So the bill shouldnt have been more than 3500 rs which is 2000 rs plus 1500 rs. I am from the UK so i do not know whats the cost of each drink but i seen in the menu that it was 500 rs. We were presented with a bill of 5200 rs which is 1700 rs more than what it should have been .. Ok so my girlfriend just paid 3700 rs. When we went outside we were asked for 100 rs more as the Manager said we paid less. My girlfriend paid and settled. Now that we left the venue the Manager is calling my girlfriend at 12.30 am in the night and telling her to come to the hotel or he would come to her house if she gave the address..I found this very unprofessional..He is saying that she owes him 2000 rs more. Once you leave the hotel there is no money owed which is a general rule of any place. Ok so this guy is calling her hundred times again and again..I have taken all the screenshots of the calls and i have also recorded the calls of the Manager asking her to come to the restaurant at 12.30 am.. Firstly i would like you to send me a copy of the bill.. My girlfriend just did not check the amounts as she is careless. Now secondly i wpuld like a explanation as to why the Manager is calling her to the Hotel at 12.30 am in the night and harassing her with 100s of calls.. Now thirdly we are not going to pay any amount of the money as the Manager is continously bombarding her with texts of his bank account number to pay. Its upto you to check your CCTV footage and find out how much was paid... This is utterly ridiculous. If he calls her again i am going to report this incident to the police and i am going to attach screenshots and recordings. I will also write this in trip advisor and all social media.. As this is harrassment.. Regards. Pat.

So, I booked a room on ClearTrip. Came to the hotel around 1000PM after a long day at work just to hear the guy say "we don't have a tie up with Cleartrip and we cant honor the voucher". Quite obviously, though they may have discontinued biz with Cleartrip, they did not check if they are still selling HHI inventory. How can anyone be clueless about who is selling their inventory? I expected them to handle the situation better - with some empathy, decency / maturity in handling the situation with some basic human touch (hospitality is a thing of past for this specific hotel and the manager who just walked away after saying they cant accept the voucher). What if some women employee of mine faced the same issue?!!! Anyway since there was no other option, and since I have a arranged a Board Meeting at the same hotel tomorrow, I paid again and checked in and now checking their famed 3*** hospitality - a super stained sofa (god knows what it is, want to see pics?), intercom that does not work and don't know want else will I find before I check out. Silver lining - just in case, checked and they confirmed that the board room is indeed booked on my name for tomorrow. LOL, they are honoring the booking made by their booking staff Yay :-) Advice to guests: I am finicky about the experience that needs to be delivered. If you don't care about the stars and the promise that comes with it, be the HHI Select guest. If you want to be sure about the booking, book with them directly. And dont sit in the sofa :) Advice to management: Grow up! Clean Up! and Live Up! And not everything in hospitality is business. Ask your staff to say these simple words in situations such as this ... just say ""dont worry, its late in the night, we will check you in and let us figure out how to resolve this. Just in case Cleartrip wont resolve, you may have to pay us directly and settle later with CT" Plain and simple. Is it that difficult? Don't be blind to the absolute dirt! It just takes 300 per seat to give the sofa's a good shampoo treatment! And ... c u never later!!!

I stayed there with my office colleagues, we went there for business trip. When we went there the whole place is under renovation. Very loud noise and place us very old. The second night while i was asleep the Room boy came and opened the door and when i asked in surprised he said he didn't know anyone was there. These rooms do not have a lock from inside. He tried to come in by using his key. Happens to be he was "searching for a iron board" what a reasonable reason to sneak into guest room in the middle of the night. Manger did meet and apologies but this is unacceptable.. every staff working in hotel should know which and which rooms are occupied..We all have moved to a new hotel next day.. Do not recommend for ladies to stay in this hotel. Don't know if i couldn't woke up what could have happened.

Here is my experience. I checked in, which was a relatively painless experience. Walked into the room to see a used towel on top of a cabinet. Checked the washroom for cleanliness because something didnt seem right, found the garbage bin was full, soap, shampoo opened from the packaging and used. The couch had what appeared to be multiple "love stains" and was in need of some steam cleaning. Then I proceeded to check the bed which was put together to look clean. When I removed the blanket there was bits of hair all over it. (Pics posted, a zoomed out pic of the bed makes it difficult to see the hair so I zoomed in for your clarity) I then complained to hotels.com and to the hotel staff. They showed me another room but hair under the blanket there as well, so I checked out within an hour of checkin. This hotel most likely doesnt do their laundry, or has poor staff. If hygiene is as important for you than it is for me. Do not stay in this hotel. I was supposed to stay for 5 days and lost out on some money because I was refused a refund or partial refund even. Hope this helps some of you make a better decision than I did
