    Poor!

What's Good: Nothing other than the location since it is close to the office

What needs to improve : Staff behaviour and service

Reason For Rating : Extremely unprofessional staff. Despite of tariff been already paid through yatra, they ask for card details to block some amount for any room service, etc bills. Insist on collecting cash for any in room dining ordered and not settle it during check out.

  • Avoid this place. Doesn't seems to be 4 STAR hotel

    by Sandyt2r on

I booked this place based on the reviews. But it turned out otherwise. We booked 2 rooms. The check-in was not smooth. No valet parking. No one help to get the luggage from car. I booked a NON SMOKING room and the whole building is No Smoking zone. But as soon as I entered the room it smelled Bad. The room was not cleaned or sanitized properly. The bathroom were OK stains through out the wall. Dinner was good but limited items. Not worth for Rs.900. Then when we turned the TV the airtel recharge was NOT Done ad account was suspended. So we called up to fix it

  • Great place with good safety measures for a comfortable stay

    by Avid_Traveler_Ram on

We stayed twice, once checking-in on October 28, 2020 and checking-out on October 29, 2020, and once again, checking-in on November 6, 2020 and checking-out on November 7, 2020. On both occasions, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel takes adequate safety measures during this pandemic times. Our bags were sanitized prior to our entry, and our temperature was checked. Check-in was a smooth experience. Mr. Shuvam handled our check-in during our initial stay, and Mr. Abhishek Sharma handled our check-in during our second stay. Mr. Abhishek upgraded us to a Premium room for free during our second stay. Thank you! Special thanks to Mr. Rajendran during our first stay for helping my wife with her dinner while I was down with an upset stomach in our room and couldn't accompany her for dinner. The rooms were well maintained and clean. In-room amenities were of good quality. Their chef was at the restaurant during our breakfast during our first stay and during our dinner during our second stay. He was pleasant in his interactions and told us about our options to order add-on items during our breakfast. Dinner buffet had a good spread, and had a lot of interesting dishes of good variety, from pasta, to fruit yogurt, to angoori rabri, to apple pudding, to pineapple halwa. The staff at the restaurant were prompt and helpful. Mr. Abhishek also helped us with packed sandwiches and complimentary fruits for our early departure on the morning of November 7, 2020 (we departed around 4:30 a.m.) prior to our long drive back home to Hyderabad. Overall, we would happily recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at Bangalore, and would love to return if we get an opportunity to do so. Keep up the good work, everyone at Hojo Bangalore!
