Improvisation Required

Oyo should focus more on giving the experience in small cost. The room can be small but it should feel vibrant. The bedsheets should be changed on day to day basis and should feel like fresh. The food quality which is placed in buffet should also be improved.

Large rooms with quite bad conditioned beds.Large in size but very poor quality matteress.Breakfast on a different floor was in an enclosed large room. Not an appropriate access for a lady on her own.Rather old toilet and shower fixtures and fittings.High time for a drastic change.Room looking across a comercial office when curtains is drawn back. Not appropriate at all.

Good for short stay and good location

Nice hotel located at Residency Road near M.G.Road which is one of the prime locations in Bangalore for shopping, malls and restaurants. We stayed there for two nights. It is a budgeted boutique hotel, cheaper as compared to similar hotels in the locality. Our booking was with breakfast but we found it was closed in the morning. They served breakfast in their restaurant separately with limited choice. The room was small, well-furnished and clean. One of our room bathroom basin had some problem, water used splash at full speed and was bit discomfort to use. They do not have dedicated parking in the hotel. There was very limited space to park in front of Hotel and was very congested. The reception staff and security guard were very helpful.
Five Star for location, rest depends on your needs, comfort & wallet.

Compact hotel. Great location

This is a small boutique hotel located off Residency Road. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and overall it was a comfortable stay. We checked in late and found that the room allotted to us was not cleaned properly and it was promptly changed after reporting to the reception. Executive room which we had booked was very small and compact, however, it did not bother us much as we were to spend the whole day outside. Cleanliness and hygiene was average with a scope for improvement. The staff at the reception was helpful and courteous. The room service was also prompt and lived up to our expectations.
The Hotel does not have an enclosed dedicated parking and vehicles have to parked near the entrance of the hotel, in open. There is a space sufficient for 3- 4 cars or parking has to be done further down the lane. There is 24 x 7 one man security at the hotel, so, parking the car generally appeared to be safe.
Apart from the hotel restaurant and there are also many eating options around the hotel.
The USP of the hotel is its location. The hotel is walking distance from MG Road, Brigade Road, Garuda Mall and Central Mall. If long walks is not a problem, then Commercial street also can be reached by walking. Autos are available quite easily and MG Road Metro station is just 5 mins walking distance from the hotel.
Special thanks to Mr. Sadanand Naik, GM, for making our stay comfortable.
Overall, considering the tariff, great place to stay because of its location. But, if plans are to spend more time in the room, then either ask for bigger rooms or look for some other hotel.

A value for money stay

Stayed there for 3 days. Centrally located, close to metro and heart of the city. Tried booking for the mid range deluxe but MMT showed the opposite and landed booking executive. However it was pretty neat and clean. Staff was very very cooperative and did give me a late check out. Reception welcomes you with a pleasant smile. Though was disappointing was 1st day breakfast spread, 2nd day made up for it with better options. All in all worth the money spent and can leave with a smile on your face.
Also to mention a courtesy call from the hotel head office is appreciative since they check on your stay and issues facing if any. Received calls before and after check in and check out. Will consider staying again for my next visit also..
