At 1416 INR for 2 hours you get snacks and tea / coffee. You can order more food and wine but have to pay for it. Rooms with toilet and shower facilities available starting from 3200 INR (including tax). You can book online and they will get you from the gates if you arrive earlier than the check-in time. If you are at the Domestic arrival go to information kiosk and tell them to get you to the Day Hotel. The staff were courteous and Savitha in the reservation team was very helpful.

Great nap place for transit or if you dont want to leave the airport. Though a bit pricey, rooms are very cozy and not very big. The entry to the transit hotel has to be through the helpdesk in the airport as the security does not allow passengers to go to the transit hotel unless accompanied by the hotel staff. Reservation is a must since most times it is full. Make sure you have the printed copy of your reservation to be shown to helpdesk as they then call the hotel staff to get you from the terminal. I was with my family once and was alone once, both times my experiences have been good. Room is clean and neat but for a family its like a train, as the beds are bunker beds and top beds are very hard to climb. Very small dining area, coffee and tea are free for guests though the other menus are pricey. Good wifii and television programs to spend your time. If you are looking for a typical room, this is not a place but worth if you are just trying to spend hours in airport having a nap, shower and relax.

The Day Hotel in the Bangalore Airport is an "ok" place for a stayover. It beats leaving the secure airport area and going to a hotel. But, the beds are not comfortable and you have to be medicated to sleep unless you are used to sleeping with almost no cushioning. The rooms are tiny, even the family-style room, and the bathrooms are awkwardly laid out. I would still use this again if I had to, but there are drawbacks. First, the online booking system is archaic, and to cancel or change a reservation you must write an email or call the reps. Don't expect to reach anyone on weekends, I don't think that anyone works the phone lines. Even when I was staying in the hotel, I had a hard time reaching a receptionist. The hotel check-in process is unusual and a bit trying: a rep meets you downstairs and you then have to get thru a phalanx of security (meaning you have to show an "onward travel" boarding pass and passport), then your bags are screened (x-ray only, not full-on, strip-search style security), then when you get to the desk upstairs, you have to show your booking confirmation code from the email you received from the booking system (which means logging into the WiFi to get your PDF confirmation). You have to prove you have a reservation even though they have your name in their system and you can (presumably) show your passport. I guess that it's all good security. The people who work there are lovely, the food is basic, nothing great. The worst part of it was the very hard bed, which I mentioned. The beds bring a whole new meaning to the concept of room and "board." If you have Lunesta or Xanax (or similar) and can sleep in strange places, then ok, it works, it's just not the "Taj Mahal." The BLR airport needs a newer, better, in-house extended stay solution. If you have lots of time and want a better bed, I would consider going to a nearby hotel outside the airport--it's just that to do that, you have to get into a taxi and schlepp your belongings outside the airport.

This outlet is just like at any places in any airports. The food and facilities are acceptable and it's good for a short relaxation while on transit. Friendly staff & good service The airport is beautiful and new. There are so many shopping & food outlets here.

Great nap suites for a layover. Proceed past baggage claim and there is a help desk right by the plaza premium lounge. They called for a staff member from the hotel to come to take me up. Make sure you have a printed copy of your ticket as you have to pass through a security guard who CLOSELY inspects your onward flight. The attendant then took me to get my bags scanned and tagged and escorted me up to the hotel which is above the departure check in area. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small as expected and shown in photos, but clean and well stocked with amenities including the usual toiletries and slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste and razor and shaving cream. There is a small dining area with tea, coffee, water, cookies, peanuts and fruit. There is a basic menu but extremely reasonably priced and very good (I had the Indian selection). The front desk calls you when your meal is ready and then you go to the dining area and one of the front desk staff retrieves your order from the kitchen. Cant say enough about the staff, but this is par for the course in India in general. Wifi is fast and you get 24 hours free. I streamed Netflix with no problem or buffering. Good selection of TV channels. Would stay again. Just know they are small rooms with no windows, not a typical hotel room.
