What needs to improve : It is not a 5 star hotel as many travel site are claiming.
Reason For Rating : Services need to improve a lot.I stayed for 4 nights in the first week of January.The kettle water heater in the room was dirty with tea stained,broken and was not in working condition which was later replaced with a better one.The cold water tap at the toilet basin was not working and upon complained to the housekeeping was later rectified.The air condition in the room was auto regulated and at one night it was getting switched off and on for the entire night and hence we did not had proper sleep.

What's Good: 1. First of all there was no thermometer available in the Hotel Property not even in the first aid Kit where it is compulsory to be kept. Secondly as i was ill and alone I requested the Hotel staff to get me on payment basis. THEY DENIED to provide it, they even didnt gave any consideration that I had a high fever and alone lady and it will be difficult for me to go out and purchase in the evening. I DONT CALL IT SERVICE THIS IS RUDE. 2. I had given the PAN card while checking in, and never returned and I finally lost it. I made a request to them to confirm me back if they found it later, they didnt bother to give me call. 3. While checking in, being a lady i requested them to give me the room centrally near the elevator, but they gave the last corner room. Next day when i again requested to change they gave me smoking room with out my consent.

What's Good: The Pool facing non-smoking room was not up to mark. On the second occasion I was given a room which was road facing, Bangalore Club was infront which was a much much better room.
