    Oberoi provides an outstanding environment with an attitude of a boutique hotel. Hospitable and friendly staff makes you feel like you're at home. Everything in the room was given a thought, from the electricity slots to alarming clock. Pillows are amazing: you think this is not very important only unless you've tried them once. Charming garden, wonderful SPA, delirious food, cosy rooms and constant attention of the personnel makes your business journey almost like a vacation. I wish all the best to the people there, who work hardly to get such a remarkable result!

    Charming hotel with delightful grounds and high quality rooms. Four excellent on site dining options. The outstanding service from every member of staff we met made this a truly memorable visit. Highly recommended.

    This hotel staff is fantastic, I've stayed at many nice hotels. This attention to detail takes the cake (photo). Nice surprise after work to not need to find a store/market. I've stayed plenty of nice places with great service, but I'll take this gesture over any other standard measure.

    You have to stay in this hotel if only ur bank balance is strong. But, purely if u do u will love the services and the room in this hotel. I am actually in love with the room they got here. When ever I visit the other side of bangalore I am going to stay in this hotel.

    I visited Bengaluru after 8 years and , having stayed many times at Oberoi hotels , had to stay at Oberoi Bengaluru. As expected, the stay , staff, accommodation and service was beyond expectations ! Our suite was spacious with a lovely balcony facing the 118- year old Rain Tree and pool . The decor and furniture are comfortable , bathroom spacious -the shower even has a steam room function ! The bed and pillows are so welcoming too. My wife and I had lunch at Rim Naan - Thai cuisine . The dishes were authentic and our staff member Monish was so helpful and accommodating. Walking around the garden is so calming and you hardly hear the traffic outside - you are in a quiet ,tranquil and cool environment away from it all . Breakfast at Le Jardin is so good I had to pace myself and not overeat ! The freshly made thosai, puri, akuri scrambled eggs, idli - so tasty and too tempting. The general buffet is very good too with lots of choice of fruits, bread, cereals , cold cuts fruits juices ( must try the pomegranate ) , Vadai, chutneys..and the famous South Indian filter coffee. The Polo club seems the chill out place and place to be seen- food is good , ambience relaxing and casual. We enjoyed sitting on the edge of the edge of the garden having high tea! The gym is well equipped and we had it all to ourselves. The treadmills are well maintained, clean and sanitized regularly. So with all this , what can make a stay at the Oberoi better ? As with each Oberoi hotel , it's the wonderful staff. In all our stays , we have always been made to feel so at home and pampered. Whilst the quality of service is high and excellent , it's the attention to detail, and little touches which put Oberoi staff in a league of their own. Vijay in Le Jardin spoilt us and made sure we got our food warm and promptly- even had appam made for me even though it wasn't on the menu. After a long day on the roads, we retreated into our room and I asked for Indian filter coffee and masala tea. Jyoti not only served us the drinks, she added some Delicious biscuits - and said all these were with her compliments! Then whilst enjoying our balcony view and sipping the tea/coffee, Deepa of house keeping asked us if all was ok and gave wife a little elephant doll. Each day as we were about to go out or meet friends in the lobby , Devika and Madhu would ensure we got to our destination , arrange transport and provide interesting trivia on what to do in the city. Devika was especially kind and attentive to our requests -she has a way of being so helpful that it's easy to take it for granted- she just sees it as part of her duty but I think it's a very special and enduring quality of hers. Anshul the GM was simply excellent - he can be seen each morning and evening in the lobby and walking around the hotel , chatting with guests , encouraging his staff and seeing that things just flow. He is an encyclopaedia when it comes to hotel management , food, local shopping and sightseeing and the hotel history itself. Such a delight to chat with him - you know that he makes it a point that all guests are given the Oberoi treatment. I will definitely return to Bengaluru and more so to the Oberoi . It's just too good to avoid !

    Nice colonial hotel in the heart of Bangalore. Very nice to sit in the lawns outside the Polo Club bar. The hotel is Surprisingly quiet, even though there is big Metro overhead line right outside. They've done a nice job soundproofing rooms. And service was excellent throughout. The property is quite old compared to some of the new hotels lol JW, Ritz, Shangri-La, etc. But the staff more then make up for that - fabulous place to stay.
