What's Good: Very poor service and hopeless staff.

What's Good: A pleasant place located close to the park. The room was comfortable, clean and warm, seeing that it was very cold outside. The food was good and the staff was co-operative and prompt in service.

What's Good: While the hotel is good and clean, there was confusion regarding the checkout time. While our reservation indicated a check out time of 12, we were told to vacate the room at 11. Considering that the purpose of the trip was to view the bird sanctuary in the morning, it cut our plan short there. Also we told the staff that we had checked in an 7pm as against the normal time of 12pm but they were not very accommodating regarding the checkout time.

A BEAUTIFUL jungle lodge right next to bird sanctuary.

Being a keen nature lover I come to bharatpur often. I ve stayed in almost all upscale lodges here .Birders inn stands apart.Extemely clean. Right next to park. Coffee from freshly ground beans.very experienced owner with over 30 years of leading wildlife trips and always willing to help. Rooms match any boutique property. Choice of curtains to fine quality mattresses. Toiletries of high quality and organic. Awesome nature theme decor.very well trained staff.good bicycles to binoculars provided .If you are really interested in nature, owner will go out of way to make your visit worth while.Coice of food in breakfast. Also if you are keen to discover Indian wild life anywhere in India. Take his advice. I m staying with him for 20 years and it was always a very pleasant stay.By far the best choice in bharatpur with out a big price tag.
Comfortable, relaxing and safe stay
by ihamag on
After 7 months of staying at home, I stepped out of my house and in the arms of nature at the Birders Inn. Apart from the fact that it is very near the bird sanctuary, I could feel that there was no dearth of birds even at the hotel. With luxuriant trees and plants, the stay made for a very comfortable sorjourn to work and relax. I was pleased by how the proprietor took personal interest in the comfort of every guest. Having several occupants at the time of our stay, we were guided to maintain social distancing by the staff in all public areas. Even the furniture was kept in accordance with distancing norms. The waiters were warm, friendly, and well-masked. Sanitisers were kept at strategic points across the premises and hygiene was scrupolusly maintained. The food was delicious and the service was efficient. I look forward to more and more work-cations here in this work friendly environance.
Second stay at this hotel
by FrankUKBirder on
This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, warm and inviting. The food served in the restaurant was plentiful and tasty. Would happily stay there again
Friendly, welcoming, pretty much faultless considering price and location

Less than five minutes walk to the entrance to the park bird, staff who were friendly throughout my stay and always there to help out (which is far from the case everywhere, no matter how much you pay), and a clean room with lovely bed linen and attention to detail which again I've found lacking in mid range hotels in India in the past. I opted to spend a little more than usual to stay at Birders Inn and I'm glad I did. From helping me sort out an irate taxi driver upon my arrival, to making me a packed breakfast when I had an early train ride on departure; staff were always on hand to help out, though never overbearing. Management never pushed the hotel's own restaurant services, tour guides or bikes, and instead recommended and informed me of the best priced/most convenient options in the area for my budget. The pool was very welcome in the heat, the gardens perfectly peaceful despite the main road, and the breakfast served early and promptly. I'd happily return to birders inn and would highly recommend it to any traveller in the area. Thanks for a great stay!
Comfortable and Convenient to park
by Darlene020304 on
Like a slightly worn book, overall this hotel has some big pluses like proximity to park, spacious room, and veg food options. Wifi is free but limited mainly to reception area. Hot water takes a few minutes to start. Clean and safe.
Rooms at the back next to the gardens were nice.
