4 Stars is for the location, the views and their food. The only thing that I felt was that the rooms could have been more cozy and romantic. It is only because of the the price I paid for my stay. But my overall experience was very nice. It is in Bhimtal away from the noise of nainital city.

The place is neat, calm and very beautiful. Considering the lake is on walking distance just at exit of lodge, the view from rooms and deck was very beautiful. The staff was very helpful and deserve a great deal of praise for their excellent customer service. The staff maintained a positive attitude and ensured that we felt welcome during our stay. Everyone treated us with dignity and respect. We were amazed at the consistency in their performance and willingness to go the extra mile. Kudos to staff for making our stay a great one.

Some places are "just right", this is one such place . Choose rooms on upper floor ,looking towards the Lake. You get the romance in from the window, and the nuisances of traffic and the water works of Bhimtal stay out. A welcome deviation from the perfection of bigger hotels. Enjoy afternoon tea ,with daily light showers ,on the wharf on the lake. The views from the adjacent properties misses out on the "just right" aspects. If you are ecologically sensitive then this place also employs charming little ways to conserve water. So, everything is not perfect, but is cute and charming.Parking space is limited. Approach to the hotel is a bit steep.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family which includes an infant. The rooms are amazing and the view of the lake from all rooms is also fantastic. Boating etc are about 5 mins away by walk. Food was decent but got monotonous as we more or less had both lunch and dinner on both days at the same place. Maybe a larger a-la-carte menu and better room service options could be made possible. Overall a good place to stay at and I would pick it again!

This Place is heaven on earth, you'll feel as if all stress has vanished after seeing this wonderful combination of Mountain and lake. The deck is the biggest charm of this place. Even the rooms are lake facing and when you wake up, it is such a lovely feeling to see this combination of mountain and lake in front of you. Most of the time it's a bit foggy, which further adds to the beauty. Last year we went there for the first time for celebrating my husband's birthday, we were so touched by the beauty of this place and the service there that we went there this year too, for celebrating my husband's birthday. We asked them to arrange something special on the deck for the celebration, and it was a very pleasant evening. I can go a thousand times back there, just love this place. The staff too is very cooperative, the managers, supporting staff everybody.
