This hotel is closer to Habibganj Station rather than Bhopal which is far away. So if you coming by train then check you have a halt at Habibganj, one of the privately run railway station which is underway to become more grand and posh. The hotel is part of a block which has multiple hotels and most of them are focusing on wedding groups so there is possibility of getting a jam due to the wedding processions (Baraat) as this one is towards the end. We were there for a wedding but a different location and this was a transit one for a night (glad just one night). The lobby is name sake with small reception counter. The hotel is All Veg only. The hotel looked very busy and noisy. The lone restaurant is right next to the reception and they have a cake shop counter. The hotel had a group and there were kids running around having fun. Since they felt they had whole hotel to them our room was knocked on multiple occasions even late at night both by adults and kids. The room was small and we were triple with extra bed so we have hardly any room (pun intended) to move around. No great views, thankfully we were facing the back of the hotel not that front has any better views. There is tea coffee machine but the refills were barely there and they were not to happy to provide much and were told only once a day it is provided and we had just checked in. The wash room was okay. The funny part was the front door had a glass patch which had frosted glass but at night when you light up the room one can see silhouettes of people in the room. Wonder why this design. The food at restaurant was decent, all veg and the staff was not the helpful or service oriented. Oh yes and they claim it to be the best dining place in the vicinity. Wondering how the worst place would be. The icing on the cake when it comes to service was the front office staff. We had a late night as we were out exploring the city. 9 am in the morning the phone rings and wake us from the stupor. We are told that we have to vacate the room by 10am as that's the checkout time. We told them we had checked in late and we need to leave by 12 to the wedding venue. We were literally told we don't care you need to vacate max by 11am as they have checkins at 12pm. Post paying extra we were allowed to hold the room till 1230pm. This was the worst service experience especially from the hotel which claims to the best in the whole lot in that area.

Food served here is amazing, specially crispy corn. best vegetarian hotel for meals. Its near to ISBT so travellers find it easy. Respect to customers is their first priority. Good coordination among staff.

Food taste are good, but their restaurant service is very poor & specially take away home delivery service is worst. They said we cannot take order on phone, as some customers had placed order & they didn't came to pic up the food parcel. My point is if you drove the car & got accident 2-3 times in a month, then Could you stop sitting in the car? Their logics are hopeless. Today we invited guests for a lunch at Rajhans Regent ISBT. The seevice is very poor. They claim to be 3 star but their staff is no better than average road side dhabba. Even they dnt knw much abt their menu if you ask some questions regarding dishes. We had ordered fresh lime soda but we were served it after a long wait and it was having smell of rotten lime, they have not tasted it before serving also they put lot of sugar in their drinks n moktails. We returned it straightaway. They gave us new drinks but still they were too sweet and their is no trace of soda in it........ coming to main course we ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Hariyali Kofta, Soya lollypops with roomali roti, lachha paratha, stuffed nan,n tawa roti. Plz dnt try their soya items they are not good. How can they put groundnuts in soya lollypops? its so overpowering .......waste.of money We were served starters along with main course. Utter disappointment and awkward situation in front of invited guests. Rajhans has lost its taste n service

Our family went for a dinner in restaurant, while getting seated we asked them to put on the A.C but staff n owner ignored us. Somebody saying yes... somebody saying cooling is slow Or somebody saying power problem nd blah blah.. after having our dinner widout A.c we made complaint to manager for this concern but he was damm rude guy, he was just busy in work and was not answering to us, i asked him again why a.c was not working but that terrible guy was not listening to us and was again busy with his work.. and answered that its not my concern.. such a bad behaviour with older citizen guest.. one good suggestion to owners if you cant cater a good food with good service to your guest just deny them before getting them seated.. no one will come again after such behaviour as we were more than 5year old guest of yours but now highly disappointed from such incidence today I personally wont recommend anyone this place Hotel service shouldnt have only money making agenda.. they need to provide good hospitality as well..
