Last weekend I was coming back from Gwalior with my family. For a short break we decided to took lunch at your palace as i heard a lot about coriander restaurant..But I was amazed to see the pathetic hospitality provided by your hotel..As front offc is the nervous system of the hotel n also first impression bt the girl standing over there may be mari or maria is the one who is non-interested to attend the guest and had a very rude behaviour that made us walk away and also helped us not to recommended dis hotel to anyone..If your employees treating guest the way grl handled then you now better where you can see your hotel after 2 years..

Just got back from our weekend getaway at Jehan Numa Retreat. We were a group of 2 couples with kids hoping for a very amazing stay here but the weather gods had other plans ! It was very sunny and humid in Bhopal and for a good part of our stay we stayed indoors. It did rain for a couple of minutes which gave us some relief from the heat and we stepped out of the rooms. If the weather is good , this is a superb hotel to spend your weekend. Location : The hotel is situated very near the Van Vihar Bhopal ( national park ) distant from all the noise of the city which makes your stay very peaceful and you feel connected to the nature. Service / Staff : Right from the moment we entered the hotel drive way...every staff member was very courteous. The in-room dining is a round the clock service. Food : a very important part of any hotel stay is the food. The food was very delicious and the fact that we were seated under a Jamun tree and dim lights & natural ambience made our dinner fantastic. One thing though -- They could serve better desserts... Rooms : The most important part of any hotel stay -- the room ! The hotel has cottages and each one has a small sit-out deck connected to the open spaces of the hotel.Rooms are big and well ventilated, the mattress was comfortable , the bathroom clean with toiletries from KAMA Ayurveda. All this made our stay very relaxing... I would recommend everyone to stay here if the weather isn't hot ! This is a perfect spot for the monsoons and chilly winter nights. Note : They don't allow alcoholic drinks near the pool area. The bed in our room was a twin king size joined to be one. Which wasn't very nice. Our room (#7 ) had this peculiar and very annoying noise every 10 minutes .. we feel it was some plumbing noise or maybe from the pressure pump. I would have given it a 5 star rating but because of the above mentioned notes, giving it a 4.

It was an amazing stay ! the ambience is excellent. Its a well spread property and best place for a nature lover. The rooms are spacious and amneties are well taken care of. Must thank the chef who could provide the requested food (out of the routine menu) for the children and accompanying elders .
