You have to be ruffian to get any of the stated services like even the complementary breakfast. The front desk: The people are a total misfit for hospitality sector. They may be best suited to government/ controller jobs. They refuse accommodation to the on line paid confirmed booking. Dining:They say break fast is complimentary. For the 2 guests in a room, for one guest it is complementary. The second guest in the same room is refused complementary breakfast. In spite of informing them several times that food bills will be settled by me on behalf of the guests, payment was demanded from the actual guests resulting in embarrassing situation several times.

Prison cell size room, pigeon hole window. You need to ask/ call multiple times for a glass/cup/water etc. At RS. 1500/ night several better hotels are available. The only positive is the location - central and easily approachable from airport and railway station. Overall a big avoid.

One of the worst places during my stay in India. The staff is ok and helpful but the room was terrible! No windows - moskitos terrorized us the whole night, only cold shower of the shower head, bad wifi, electricity problems nearly the whole day, old and dirty furniture. Atmosphere was little bit like 2 days in a prison cell. Only indian breakfast (no rating) and compare to other places in India overpriced. Confusing check-in-system! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I arrived at around 9 PM on December 11 and was given Room 208. I noticed it had no remote control for AC. When I asked the attendant for the same, he said he will bring it. He never came back. After 10 minutes I called up the reception. They sent another attendant who brought one remote. He said the remote belongs to another room but he will set a temperature for me for the rest of the night. I told him I need a remote all the time. Then he said he will change my room. I After another 10 minutes they shifted me to Room 204. Here the remote was working. But this room had a large patch of damp: about 6 foot wide(photo attached). This patch was right next to the bed so I had to bear the smell all night. At 10 am next morning there was a powercut, and the AC stopped running. The receptionist told me there's no power back up for AC.

Though the Hotel is located at a good location amidst markets and good communication network, the rooms were shabby which could have been improved even in the same budget. The tea cups provided at the room were broken with dirt still visible. The water glasses provided were dirty too. The tea bags kept at the room were open and were not even provided in sealed packs, quite unhygienic. The breakfast served had no new menu or items, except idli and parantha. The toilet exhaust was making absurd grumbling noise which had to be kept switched off most of the time. There was only on plug point in the room which had to be used for charging mobile, plugging in tea maker and using the mosquito repellant. All three couldn't be used as there was only one socket in the room. The room housekeepers need thorough training on how to make beds and clean the rooms.
