What's Good: Front office staff is excellent and very cooperative. Improvement is required in prompt room service. Still our stay was comfortable and may visit the same hotel in future also and would like to recommend friends n family.

this was my first visit in this hotel. an awesome experience i had. the rooms are little old but management are renovating it. i stayed in the room no 604 the room was neat and clean. newly painted room it was. staffs are also really helpful. that day me and my wife was in a leisure trip. and we reached at Bhubaneswar at late night. and we ware completely wet in rain. at a first glance the reception staff came with two warm towel for us with a pleasant smile. that was my first impression for that hotel. during the time of check in formalities they offered us a warm tea as a welcome drink. that was enough to fall in love with the hospitality.

Pathetic Hotel . Misbehaved Staff and Owner. Never recommended. Jeetrendra Senapati -an utter idiot, insane and pathetic person, running a old property.. who have really no manners to deal with customer. He made two senior citizen to stand at reception for no reason for more than 45 minutes.Wrong billing, confused staff and low grade service. Literally a torture.

This is very good place to stay with family. Outstanding hospitality, good food and fantastic service. Located nearby railway station. Convenient in all respect. I visited with my 8 family members, everybody is happy with this property.

Nice play to stay. Loved it. Humble staff and it also provides a multi cusine restaurant. Specially thanks to Subrat ( hotel manager) who helped me in my entire stay. This gesture helped me to extend my booking to stay in this property. Abhijit Mohanty Booking I'd - QJDF3189

"It is a hotel for the Local Executive Business Community but not for people like us." This is an old property now having joined the OYO band wagon. The very first thing that is misleading is putting the name Forum Mall in the name. This gives the impression that it is a upper class property in an upper class locality. It has nothing to do with Forum mall - and the actual name is Forum Mart. They are not giving out the name of the hotel which is Sun Green which the taxi people or people of Bhubaneshwar recognise. It is not even nearby and I had difficulty in locating. It is in a semi rural setting and the dogs kept us awake all night. This amounts to cheating in my language. It is a hotel catering to the middle executive class of that geographical area and not at all geared to receive tourists and families from more cosmopolitan backgrounds, specially ones used to good coffee and chilled drinks. Even language-wise it is difficult to communicate with the staff. The attitude is totally lackadaisical and they wait for complaints to come and then they try to take care of it. In the three nights I was there no attempt was seen to make us comfortable on their own initiative. I was expecting a better room considering that I had booked 3 months in advance but I now realise that booking thru BOOKING.COM with option to pay later at the hotel does not ensure us any guarantees of even getting a room when we arrive late for some reason. Our train was late. I had informed and confirmed my booking through OYO but when we reached the hotel there was really no room for us. Hastily they gave us a room which was not in use and we had a bad night. The telephone was not working so I had to go down to the reception for anything I wanted and in the first hour I did have to go down 5 times. The windows were broken. The place was full of mosquitoes. The geyser was leaking profusely so we dared not use it for fear of accident. The AC's condensate water leaked into the room. The sofa had holes in it. Next day they gave us a proper room. The elevator has manual doors which totally confused us and the state of general repair of the hotel is horrible. They had not realized on their own that the Ac in the reception and dining hall was leaking right onto the sofas there. The Swimming pool area was dirty, broken and unclean. My impression was that it is a very old property, once doing well, now in great need of repair and maintenance. The management is obviously totally uninspired and couldn't care less to reinvest into the property. If this is a flagship OYO hotel then I wonder what would be the state of other smaller units under OYO. The least one would expect in a business hotel is a kettle and pouches for making tea/coffee in the room. If the pool had not been my priority I would NOT have chosen this hotel.
