What's Good: Nothing special
What needs to improve : Swimming pool are not open. Staffs behavior.
Reason For Rating : Any decent hotel staff puts the customer preference at first. Due to train delay we reached hotel at 11 PM and despite having booked rooms we had to fight with the staff to give us dinner. The reason being that we were 5 minutes late and kitchen closed. The rooms were damp too. Staff behavior are very un cordial and rude. Facility are not at par with the description listed on the website. While booking the hotel complimentary breakfast is showing but in the reservation slip the same has not been mentioned.

On the way from Vizag to Kolkotta, we stayed here for the night. It is right on the highway, just beside the overbridge. So you really do not get stuck in the traffic. We got in early evening and left next day morning. The rooms are pretty small but decently maintained. Seemed like one of the older hotels in Bhubaneswar. Has a good restaurant and bar. Room service was also quick and the food tasty.

I had stayed here with my family for two nights. It was a good stay. The hotel staffs are courteous and attentive. Clean and hygine rooms. Compared to hotels in similar range this hotel is very spacious well located for prime locations. All basic amenities in place. Rooms are not very large but comfortable. The buffet breakfast was average and Indian corporate type.Complementary breakfast with very little variety in menu. 2/3 type of fruits, puri/partha, one type of sabji, bread, butter/jam/jelly, cornflakes, dhosa/Idly, Omlet/Boiled Egg, tea/coffee etc. Note that, hotel management does not allow outside food. We had an embrassing situation on the first day when we brought some sweets and cold drinks from outside unknowingly. Well located in the Kolkata Chennai highway and close to ISKCON, shopping malls and restaurants. The parking facility needs to be improved. It would be nice if they had covered parking,

Pros: Good location. Parking facility. Exteriors and decoration. Cons: Dampness. Not too clean linen. Not too happy about room ventilation. There is an in-house restaurant but food experience was at best average compared to the price.

I attended a family get together at The Living Room by Presidency recently. This was my visit to this beautiful restaurant. It is a perfect blend of ambiance and great food. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Family get together, Birthday parties could be hosted at this place. One should definitely try out Fish Wasabi, - Bhekti fish cooked in White sauce. Also other highlights would be the crispy corns, Chilly Paneer, Chicken Tetrazine, etc. Food is really tasty and ideal for people who prefer less oily and non - spicy food. Overall a very good dining experience.

First the pros which are very few - 1. Location 2. Hotel Building Cons: 1. Staff - offered me the room which was lower than what I had booked for. Desk Manager was inattentive and disinterested 2. Housekeeping - Dirty and used Linen. Poor quality packaged water, unclean washrooms and stained walls. 3. Room was very small for the price I had paid. 4. Poor quality breakfast with nearly nothing to eat. Table cloth on the breakfast table looked like it was washed at the time of opening of the hotel. 5. Price: oh man..All this for princely sum of 3000. The kind of room they offer, it should be monthly rental not a day rate.
