The capital of Orissa, Bhubaneswar is a prominent destination for Buddhist and Hindus pilgrims; therefore, it is thronged by thousands of devotees. It is globally renowned for centuries old temples and their unique architecture. The Lingaraja Temple, a 10th century Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, is one of the important Bhubaneswar tourist places.
