    What's Good: The hotel facilities are OK but the staff is awful. We tried calling them to seek driving directions to their property and right from that point on, we had a sad experience. The staff assumed as if we are local and when we tried seeking details, they responded back saying a few of our guests have managed to find their way in and so should we. Really! We did not prefer having a dinner in the property and thought to try the in house services for breakfast (as it was included in the booking). When we inquired if they would serve us a breakfast at 9.50 AM (the cutoff is 10 AM), we were give a disciplinary kind of warning that we are late. We tried explaining that you only provide hot water until 10 so we had to choose between breakfast or shower with latter taking the priority we were given a stare again. After asking that we are willing to pay for an Ë la carte, we were served with the buffet breakfast (which wasn't great either) after another stare. I wish the staff would understand that they are running a hospitality service and the least the should be doing is being hospitable and not act like a nanny.

    What's Good: The Hotel ambiance is good. Reception staff was good. But the attitude of rest of the staff was pretty bad. They simply do not seem to be happy with the Indian guest. They are not even trained properly. In the restaurant they do not even know that with the full plate they have to place the small onle for your breads. When asked to do so, they shot back saying that we should ask for it. That was unacceptable. They, or even the reception executive was not ready to listen the complaint properly.
