Reason For Rating : Hotel staff specially room service and front desk people are very desi and rude . They behave as if they are doing some kind of favour on guest. They laugh on guest in their own language in front of other guests . Room service staff is very very rude . I ordered 4 teas and after 22 minutes I called again and said " Bhaiya aadha ghanta ho gaya chai nahi aai" to which he stared arguing with me stating that it's just 22 min , how can u say aadha ghanta. Now this idiot has to understand that it's very much close to half an hour only. He could have easily said that it's on the way and finished the talk
